The service we received from Shuttercraft , West Bridgford.
The service we received from Shuttercraft , West Bridgford ,was faultless.
Charlie was most informative at the initial consultation and helped us decide all our needs. He was realistic about the lead in wait time (turned out to be less than expected)
Scott , the fitter , was also excellent. He arrived on time and proceeded to fit all shutters ,within the day in an efficient manner. He was a clean worker
( brought his own vacuum!) too.
We are now delighted with the end result. The shutters are on the south facing front of our house. They give us privacy and light whilst protecting us from the suns glare and enhancing the windows. We also notice they deaden out-side noises which is another bonus .

Expectations were set and managed clearly
Communication high
Then when the shutters arrived they were good quality and mark the fitter was again equally professional did a great job

Great customer service
Really good customer service. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to create us a shutter for what is an unusually shaped window - end product looks brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended
I would highly recommend Shuttercraft - Nottingham. At the initial survey meeting, Charlie was very knowledgeable about the product and the best configuration to suit my windows. The shutters were installed by Scott who did an excellent job and left everywhere spotlessly clean. I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality of my new shutters.

Brilliant from start to finish
Charlie and Mark provided our service for us in Nottingham. Charlie was detailed and helpful in his approach to sales, took the time to explain everything to us and didn't try to pressure us to take the more expensive "lighter" shutters like other multinationals had. Shutters arrived pretty much around the time Charlie had estimated - three months give or take, and Mark was assigned to fit them within a week of being notified of their arrival. Mark was very polite and professional and even cleaned up and hoovered any mess before leaving which was a plus! The shutters look very good and sturdy with a professional finish and I would recommend shuttercraft because of this and their reasonable pricing!

Brilliant service Beautiful shutters.
We received a great service from Charlie and the team. We wanted shutters for the three windows at the front of the house, We we’re told up front that lead times we’re currently longer than normal but that was ok And meant we could budget to go ahead with the full set. Installation took under a day and the fit and finish is brilliant, we are really pleased. Highly recommend the team.

This was textbook stuff
This was textbook stuff. Charlie Scott was on time, pleasant, informative and measured everything. He explained the process of manufacture and delivery, and stayed in touch to confirm the date of installation, which was in line with original estimates. There was a hiccup in delivery (British Airways!), but 10 of the 12 blinds were fitted on the due date. The other 2 were fitted within 48 hours. Charlie kept me informed of the process, so I wasn't in the dark. Stuff happens: it's how you fix it that counts, and Charlie did a great job.
Scott the installer was efficient, worked hard and cleaned up well. He clearly knew his job very well.
Overall, this was very stress free and Shuttercraft were a pleasure to deal with.
