I like how they keep you informed 24/7, they also have very good communication between the owners / managers and the community. whenever it’s “ down “ they will let you know and give you compensation. One thing that I have noticed that needs some improving is that, some of the moderators / basic customer support don’t really know what’s going on and can give you false information
