Everything on this store is from SHEIN/Ali express and etc. literally with the exact same photos from the other websites but marked up HUGELY. Save your money and just buy directly from other places, shipping time will probably be the same and you’re paying prices that more accurately reflect the bad quality of products.

Still not dispatched my order after over a month of waiting. Customer Services do not respond. I have asked for an update and refunds multiple times and heard nothing. Scam.

I have never received my order. Also pretty much most of their stick is sold on Shein,Temu and Aliexpress fir a third of the price..identical items and in some cases pictures..Your more than likely to receive your order from them than here it appears. I await in anticipation to see if when I actually get my order it as it was described or trading standards will be getting a call.Just to add..if you purchased the smiley face mirror the picture is exactly the same one used on Aliexpress for a third of the price..order from there..cheaper and quicker ..charging £48 for something that is sold on there for for £8..and using the same photo to sell it..laying yourselves bare to bad ratings!!

Still waiting on my order, I have emailed numerous times with no reply. Gonna have to ask for a refund -.-

Only after this review was I contacted and told my order would dispatch in 1-2 days and be with me in 10 days. It's been 16 days now and still no word on the dispatch or reason for the delays again. This is obviously a cheaply ran Shopify store importing from china, I have requested a refund and would advise you don't be fooled by the 'trendy' site and stay clear 👎

Poor communication. Order hasn’t been fulfilled in a month.

Delivery time was ok, maybe over a wk to deliver, but the product was the smiley mirror and it was a let down, was very small and I honestly wouldn’t say it was worth the money

Arrived on time and no issues with shipping or handling but the item I purchased- the illusion rug was not as shown on the website. Cheap material and smelled awful like it had been sitting in a Chinese warehouse for years. The chemical smell was also very pungent and the pattern is printed onto the rug which is furry so the black sits on the top rather than being black through the areas that are meant to be fully black. Considering the price I’m not happy, quality is terrible, the item is worth no more than £10 but I bought it for around £65.

Terrible and disgusting service. Contacted via email to tell Sickhaus my lamp did not work. I received a reply asking me to provide evidence and I replied to the email which I realised when to a bounce back email address. I have since emailed a second time and contacted via instagram. No reply, no response. Clearly a fake site that sends bad products direct from China, that’s where my lamp was shipped from, and won’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. A big £87 mistake… don’t buy from them, it’s a scam.

Absolutely disgraceful level of customer service. You get no response when trying to message or email this company...completely ignored! Wish that I hadn't even bothered ordering. Don't waste your money with this mob...cowboys!!! Oh...and STILL waiting on my order! Even had the cheek to send me an email asking if I was enjoying my new products that I had purchased (REALLY?!) and asked if I could leave a review...well here it is...YOU ASKED FOR IT. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars i would. Made a purchase weeks ago, at the end of process it pops up to purchase again but it appears your original transaction is not complete. I realised immediately i had ordered 2 items, emailed support email to cancel one, no one bothered to reply until they'd despatched both items 6 days later. I then asked for a return label, have had no reply, and have emailed numerous times for returns label since 19th January. Avoid this company like the plague, wished I had seen reviews before I purchased. Am now going to have to try to pursue through my bank

Awful customer service AVOID!
I received a poster for £27 only to be packaged wrong with fold marks all over it unable to get the crease out, I contacted the chat portal (the only way you can contact them) I waited weeks for a response & im STILL waiting on details how I can return for a refund! Don’t waste your time or money!

Really good customer services - accidental ordered two of the same item, had it sorted in quick time

After waiting longer than quoted for my order to ship, I never even received it. Contacted their customer service portal multiple times and never got a response. Later found all their products on a different site for half the price. Complete scam don't buy!

Avoid at all costs
My goods were delivered to an incorrect address, they’ve had proof from the courier they used that the goods are now lost and they are refusing to communicate with me
I’ve sent multiple emails all of which they ignore
I am out of pocket and no goods received
They’ve not even offered to replace them, just complete radio silence
Disgusting service

Delivery takes so long and if you request a return they reject on a 14 day turn around even though you haven’t had the product for 14 days.

Really disappointed!

The website is amazing and the products they sell look high quality, however that couldn’t be further from the truth.
I paid just under £40 for a lamp that shipped from China and looked like something you would buy from Temu.

Emailed them to complain and heard nothing back - gutted as this company looked so great.

Goods haven’t arrived and are well outwith shipping times. Company say they’re Glasgow based but goods come from China. Poor communication and terrible service. Reading other reviews if the thing does turn up it’ll be poor quality, over priced and not as described. Avoid.
