I had consistently terrible results when playing with Swepcoins, but oddly great results when switching to Gold Coins. That shouldn’t happen in a fair system.
Support didn’t deny it or explain anything—they just closed my account after I raised the issue.
I’m done with this platform.

This is literally one of my favorite sweepstakes casinos I have used them for months with no issues, and one day looked at their score on trustpilot and couldn't believe how low it was. I can't speak to anyone else's experience but this site has good bonuses, great UI and only 2 or 3 day redemption periods (from my experience).

** UPDATE , i had to add that on my second time playing, i bought another small package and already redeeming another hundred bucks ! **I am truly impressed. After reading all the negative reviews i was worried. I signed up yesterday and got a $9 package for 25 sc. an hour later and im cashing out for $100 to my debit card. I recieved my money already ! So they must have drastically improved since the bad reviews.

I’m gonna give it a 5 star rating I had received a deal to deposit 6 dollars for 18 and I been playing off and on for a few days now and I cashed out 3500

I purchased a gold package that includes 50 free spins on a game and when I redeemed the spins it hasnt let me play a single one of them. The game wont even load. When I sent them a message with screen shot of the error they told me to do all the normal stuff, clear cache blah blah. Did that still nothing. Then was told its been elevated to someone else and would be back in touch. Ive emailed them numerous times only to get the same prewritten response yet no action taken and no compensation of spins or anything given. And no fix and I spent money on their product and did not and still havent recieved what I payed for and its been a week. Now they dont even answer the messages.

I have enjoyed the bonus buys and the wins are decent but I’m impatient to any place that does not offer instant cash outs! I have to have instant redemption! And side pot is not one. But the games are fun !

I don't understand these reviews, I won 170.00 it took a couple days but it's on its way to my bank. And customer service is really good. They are very helpful and nice. I will continue to play at sidepot. I enjoy this one!!

They take bank account information and than offer packages with the amount of your balance in your account. They also withhold and can delete your account and money if they deem you win too much. Scam site do not deposit or provide banking access.

Accuses players of abuse and withholds redemptions if you play games on THEIR WEBSITE that THEY PROVIDE that they didn’t like. Sends a rude accusatory email claiming that I’m a “professional player” when I lose money nearly every time I play on the website. Extremely rude and uncalled for.

One of the bottom of the rung online slot sites there is out here. I've been spinning on this site for about a year and a half now and I bought a few packages on there. Yet I have still not cashed out a single penny. Today I actually got pretty close to getting the $100 needed to cash out but when I go to my wallet and go to claim I see it says my aeropay account has been suspected. Now I have never used this account because I've never won anything on here before. So why it would be suspended I have no clue. Well here we go again 😐 another one of these sites that still haven't caught on.. #1. this one doesn't allow you to redeem more than one redemption at a time, which makes no sense..#2. you would think a new site would have the technology to allow you to redeem directly to your debit card.. #3. speaking of cards they will not allow you to redeem to any prepaid cards like chime or venmo which also makes no sense because millions and millions of people are using these non-traditional Bank cards.. #4.. why also do they not allow you to redeem gift cards like most of the other sites do? Well I just redeemed about $300 didn't even get an email confirming that I even redeemed.. this site is sketchy at best.. so I know it will be a miracle if I get my money.. if I do I will update my rating up a star or so but like I said I can see the problems with this site already and these reviews confirm that, so I don't see myself playing it , I'll probably move back over to some of the other sites that have current technology..

I liked the game, verification was easy, I finally was able to cash out. It took 24hrs to get processed so I get a email saying I would be paid on the next business day. Well it's the next business day and still haven't been paid. So that's why no 5 stars yet.

So far I like it i won 100 dollars.i had no problems with my verification. I'm in the process of a redemption so I'll have to get back to you on how long it takes. So far 5 stars
