Item not as shown on website
Ordered a pearl necklace which in description and in photos showed 7 pearls and 2 cubic zirconia. Item delivered had 5 pearls only. Still a nice piece. Spoke with Sif Jacobs, they stated errors on website with images and description. So how you know what exactly you are ordering I do not know. I was offered refund if wanted, however this sort of missed the point. Not sure how this complies with Trades Descriptions Act. The necklace itself is very well made and I am pleased with it, even though not quite what I thought I had ordered.

Gorgeous rings & fast delivery
The delivery came alot faster than expected! I absolutely love the rings I bought. Sizing felt a little off at first as they felt tight even thoigh correct size was ordered but I think this was due to one of the rings being a little bulkier in design than other which was a little dainty. If order the same sizes again.
The best bit is how gorgeous the designs are! They look so elegant amd sophisticated. I got thrm in the sale and theybwere 100% worth it. Slightly pricey jewellry however they do use real materials like silver & gold and I think youbare paying more for the design because I haven't seen these designs anywjere else within this price range. Looking forward to purchasing more, perhaos a necklace this time. They also make great gifts for your loved ones! Both my rings came in beautiful solid packaging, proper boxes for each ring and then each box was inside another box. The smaller ring stones do look brighter in the images as in real life they are quite small so this was a suprise but nevertheless I am still happy with my purchase.

Absolutely outstanding service from ordering to delivery I ordered my bracelet and it was delivered within 2 working days unfortunately I’d ordered the wrong size therefore I had to contact customer services from who I received an extremely quick response advising me they’d send a return label which I did for me to go on to order the right size, I would highly recommend this company
