I've read all the reviews from 1-5 star and I agree what has ben said by Chiappini about the CEO's salary. £140k is NOT a huge mount to head a charity that has distributed 1.7 BILLION treatments;... Voir plus

Our vision is of a world where no one is blind from avoidable causes, and where everyone can participate equally in society. We treat eye conditions such as cataracts and tackle debilitating diseases, many of which cause sight loss. To do this, we work with governments and local, national and international partners to carry out eye operations and distribute treatments where they’re needed. We also advocate for the rights of women, girls and people with disabilities, and help to improve local health services so they are sustainable. 91% of donations to Sightsavers, including donated supplies, go to our vital charity work. The remainder helps us grow our awareness and funding. Since we began our work in 1950, we have performed 8.8 million cataract operations, distributed 1.6 billion treatments for diseases including trachoma, and helped 313,000 people with disabilities to earn a living.

Another charity targeting the WRONG donors.
Why does Sightsavers target their advertising to the UK audience who are watching TV during the daytime? You are immorally and cynically targetting those with modest incomes.
Instead, you should ask for donations from the country leaders who are rich through corruption and diverted charity donations and who have laundered their money abroad by buying properties.
