Pretty happy with SigmaMind AI so far. The transfer from the AI to a live agent is simple and smooth, which was important for our team. The post-call analysis is another useful feature - it gives a clear overview of what happened on the call and saves time during follow-ups. Definitely made our call workflow easier.
