I have been coming to Signature Surgery since 2020! I previously had multiple surgeries in North America and by FAR, not only does turkey surpass all techniques, care, facilities, and mostly you cannot compare prices. my first procedure was in 2020 with the fabulous DR. Ilker, I had a skinny BBL and breast implant replacement (due to a recall) it was WAY more financially feasible to have all these surgeries done abroad. I was blown asway by Nilay the nurse who cared for me the whole 8 days, I later returned for fox eyes and revision rhinoplasty again with Dr. Ilker in 2021. I returned and it is still the best care! I brought my mother in 2025 for her upper eyelids we did the procedure together with Dr Atif! I will always choose this clinic over any other. The booking agent was highly knowledgable as she also had surgery, and guided me through every step of the way. I will be back again in the fall for another procedure! I cannot recommend Signature Surgery enough!!

Wow what a truly amazing experience I have had with Signature by Comfort Zone. I honestly couldn’t recommend this amazing company enough. From start to finish it truly has been incredible. From the very first consultation to my final results, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. I had a breast uplift with implants, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

My surgeon is not only exceptionally skilled in his field, but also one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. He really takes the time to listen and, most importantly, he won’t recommend or do anything that doesn’t suit your body or look right for you. That level of honesty and care made me feel completely safe and confident throughout the whole process.

The client coordinators are excellent, from the start they explain everything and were extremely punctual and helpful. Keep checking on your through the booking process and also when your at the hospital and even after your surgery and home.

The hospital itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and incredibly well-run. The nursing team were absolutely fantastic, always there 24/7 with support, reassurance, and kindness when I needed it most.

Now that I’ve seen my results, I can honestly say I’m over the moon. Everything looks so natural and exactly how I hoped it would be. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend this team to anyone considering surgery.

I had a great experience! My first time with this company but 4th time to Istanbul for surgery. These guys are super organised from start to end - I didn’t have to chase for any arrangements like transfer time for eg. All the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and perfect location. Has a shopping mall attached so you have super easy access to food and supermarket, which is a game changer!! Close to the hospital and 40 minutes from the airport. Hospital was very clean and the staff were so kind. The only negative thing I have to say is the consultation was very short about 2 minutes. Dr Atif didn’t go into much detail at all, but I just decided to trust his experience. At the final check up , dr Atif was very vague also. Luckily from previous surgeries, I know what my aftercare should be and realised he didn’t tell me everything he should have. But it would be helpful for others who haven’t had any surgery before, that the surgeon covers everything. That’s the only reason I have given 4 not 5 stars. I got sent my table photos straight away! From experience with other companies it wasn’t as easy to get them. I only arrived back in the uk yesterday so not sure what my results will be yet, but from the table photos, I love them! I will definitely be back again. Thank you xxx

My experience was amazing! I had breast implants with an uplift by Dr Atif. The results were amazing and the staff at both the hotel and hospital was excellent. I was very well looked after and nothing was to much. I went in my own and they made me feel so at ease and reassured. I’ll definitely be going back!

I was happy with my service, staff very attentive and helpful if i needed anything everything was straight forward. Only thing i would say is that the consultation was very quick, i did have 2 consultation separately before this with a company at home so it didn’t really matter to me but i didnt get a chance to try on my implants before surgery. 1 week post op and i have been happy with my results so far and the aftercare i received.

Coming to another country for surgery can feel quite daunting, but the entire process was so well organised and professional from start to finish. The team were incredibly supportive, kind and reassuring, which made the whole experience feel much easier and more comfortable.

Dr Manavbasi is an exceptional surgeon. From the consultation I felt very confident in his knowledge and experience. I trusted his advice and professionalism completely, and it’s clear he truly knows what he’s doing. He recommended what would work best for my body and I’m so glad I trusted his judgement because it was absolutely worth it.

From just 3 days post-surgery the results were already amazing, and now being 6 weeks post-op I honestly couldn’t be happier. The shape and overall result look incredible and you can really see the quality of his work.

Travelling abroad for surgery can feel intimidating, but Dr Manavbasi and the Signature Surgery by Comfort Zone team made the entire experience smooth, professional and very well looked after. Been for surgery 3 times now and wouldn't go anywhere else the care is 10/10 staff are lovely surgeons are brilliant. Aftercare realy good .everything you need to bring home while you heal . Aftercare really good even when ive flown home any inquiries get answered straight away .highly recommended will be going back soon for something else 😁

I had breast surgery in Aug 25 that Involved an uplift reduction and then a small Inplant, I had to return 6 months later for revision due to a slight drop in the breast and this was all funded by the company, i had to pay a small hospital fee, and pay for my flights 2nd time around the surgery was a success and I’m really happy, the staff was amazing both at the hotel and hospital right from being collected at the airport to checking out, all my questions was answered and was nice to see the staff at the hospital again 2nd time around and they all remembered me thank you

Avoid!! Used to be called comfort zone but changed their names due to bad reviews. If I could give them a 0 I truly would. Conveyer belt system. Completely botched my boob uplift, one was bigger than the other and left with horrendous scars. My liposuction is also botched, taken far too much fat out my legs and under my bum so I’m left with permanent Dents and disfigurement! AVOID!!!

I had a very easy experience with signature. The results of my breast implants and uplift are absolutely amazing.
I had my breasts done in the UK 6 years ago and considering our paid £7500 the results were shocking however at Signature I paid a reasonable price and the surgery, procedure and results after 3weeks and 3 days, are absolutely amazing.

I cannot thank Signature enough my surgeon who was absolutely amazing and all the staff who provided me with the care and help needed.

The hospital is very clean and comfortable my two male nurses had the most beautiful souls and were very kind with myself and my sister.

The food wasn’t the best, but the service over all is 10/10.

I will be retuning after summer for a Tummy Tuck.

Amazing just amazing treatment and surgery from start to finish. On the day of arrival to the hospital, me and my daughter was welcomed warmly. The hospital room was spacious and spotless clean. On the day of my surgery I was very emotional and indecisive if I should go through with having my breast done the nurses and surgeons was very understanding and patient with me and not once did they try and pressure me in to have the surgery. I finally sucked up the courage to have the surgery and whilst I was done in surgery they took well care of my pregnant daughter and kept checking on her, asking if there was anything she didn’t or they could do for her. I stayed an extra two nights in the hospital and again everything was just amazing from the nurses care, pain relief. Helen the Mohammed was my nurse and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything you done for me and my daughter. Once I arrived at the hotel the nurses again made us welcome and the care was phenomenal right up until our departure. I’m now currently 2 weeks post op and I’m over the moon and can’t wait to see you all again in the future. Thank you.

The only word I can describe my experiences with this company is PHENOMENAL. I'm an ordinary mum of 2, trying to look a little bit better, not an influencer or anything and this is an honest real life review

*I travelled in January on my own as I needed corrective surgery on my stomach with a fat transfer and they could not have be more helpful supportive and approachable. I've been with them previously twice before m. (Bbl liposuction, breast uplift and rhinoplasty..wow seems a lot when I write it down!)

*Christina is an angel (thank you 🙏) her nature is so warm and friendly and I probably drove her absolute bloody nuts with so many questions but she was amazing. Her work ethic is immense and I'm so glad I got to deal with her.

*Dr Ilker, a magician with a knife. Bed side manner the best I've had. Charming, knowledgeable and hugely experienced I would go back to him in a heartbeat.

*A warm shout out to nurse Nilay. Always looks after me so so well. Drivers sweet and helpful too . Nurses in hospital fantastic. (Oh bring snacks to the hospital!) I don't eat eggs, yogurts or soups so I was limited with hospital food

*Hotel 10/10. Shopping Center above so lots of shopping and great restaurants. Sushi Co amazing def go if you staying and like sushi

* What's impressed me the most was the fact I wasn't happy with something and contacted them. They didn't ignore my concerns they helped me feel good again about myself with getting me back to istanbul to correct it. I'm so picky and have been to other companies in the past, there's simply zero comparison. If there was something I could nit pick at I would mention it but there's honestly nothing

*Good communication when I went home also, that's very important.

Couldn't recommend Signaturesurgerybycz enough, everything from transfers from the airport to an amazing hotel with lovely nurses and staff! Hospital is so clean and you get your own private room with nurses that are so attentive and speak great English. This is my 3rd time coming here and my results are always perfect. I have had 2 BBL’s in the past and came for breast augmentation and upper and lower blepharoplasty this time. Healing has been straightforward and pain free and I’m super happy with my results.

I decided to have Lipo & BBL surgery and they accommodated me perfectly and quickly with availability. Arrived at the airport welcomed by my transfer. Went to the hotel which is stunning! Next day went to hospital to start the process for surgery. Everything has been great so far. No complaints and recommend!
