Yusef was awesome! Everything went super smoothly, and I'll definitely use them again. Yusef took the time to sit with me for about 20 minutes, making sure everything was just right. I can't think of anyone more helpful, careful, and hardworking to work with. It's rare to find service like this with clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine kindness.

I was so relieved to find Silk Road Express. Like so many others at this time, I found myself unable to fly home. This has led to all sorts of practical and emotional complications. Being able to send a box of things that are precious to me and everyday heavy or bulky stuff has made a huge difference. Taken a load off my mind and my luggage.
My first box has already arrived safely home. I’ve checked with my friend who opened it and we both saw how carefully and professionally everything was wrapped and packed.

Yosef worked closely with me on several international shipments which were quite complicated. After suggesting possible solutions and workarounds to problems I hadn't been able to solve, he then sat with me patiently for a half hour preparing everything for me, and exchanged a dozen or more emails in the process thereafter during the shipping process, offering updates and advice along the way. When a problem arose, he intervened on my behalf and went above and beyond to resolve it immediately. I can't imagine working with someone more helpful and careful and diligent.

Я бы не посоветовала пользоваться услугами этого сервиса ,так как недавно я отправила посылку в Узбекистан, они сказали что доставят за 10-12 дней максимум ,но уже месяц посылки нет ,звоню узнать уже неделю никто ничего не знает,не имеют информации, не соединяют с менеджером ,короче сейчас уже ищу инстанции чтобы жаловаться на контору так как нет никакой ответственности у них .Ещё спрашивают может у меня в посылке было что то не положенное,я говорю сами собирали упаковали видя глазами каждую вещь,короче не слов.

I tried unsuccessfully to use FedEx to mail some documents urgently to the States the same day. I was told by a representative that the only way I can do this is to open an account with them online, and they only do pick ups for Businesses. Private customers have to go to Ben Gurion airport to do this. It took me several attempts to get through to their customer service and I was on hold for 30 minutes. With Silk Road, one phone call, one WhatsApp message and 30 minutes later, my documents were on their way to the States. While only FedEx do overnight service, DHL deliver within 3-4 working days. Silk Road on 13 Hillel St, Jerusalem is the way to go from now on.

For me, after-sales service is as important as pre-sale. Yosef was professional, accommodating and so easy to work with. He was also very responsive when I had an issue with Amazon returns, solving it promptly.
