Printer very daunting
Using a printer like this is very daunting, but Miro patiently took me through the process, and afterwards I am feeling confident in printing out some wonderful labels.

Needed assistance at short notice and unfavourable time for UK workers
I am working in the USA and needed support to transfer an existing licence over to a new user. Emailed support in unfavourable uk times and gained a response very quickly.
