Simon Carter London Avis 184

18 months ago I bought a pair of Simon Carter tan leather boots, costing £120. I’ve kept them in their box, and worn them less than 30 times (if that). They are still in very good condition. Unfortunately however, the soles have come away from both uppers. Simon Carter have refused to consider repair or replacement. These boots look good, but my advice is do not buy this brand - they look decent, but fall apart quickly, and Simon Carter do not have enough faith in their own product to repair when necessary. So disappointing, please be warned!

Either they closed the store or they are scammers, ordered some cufflinks, never answered my email, never had any tracking number. Big scam!!!!

Ordered a jumper 12 days ago and I have still not received it. On purchasing, it said 48/72 hr delivery. I have sent numerous emails and filled in a message on there 'contact me' page and has zero response to neither. I cannot locate a telephone number, therefore I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. On this point I would advise people to avoid.

Ordered weeks and weeks ago. Tried to contact them numerous times. No one gets back to you. Very poor I don’t even know if I will receive the item. No updates on my order for weeks 🤦‍♀️

I bought a Simon Carter suitcase.It has been used a total of four times and the corner of the frame supporting a wheel has totally collapsed.
The quality of this product is very disappointing as it is obviously not robust or strong enough for the job.

Wrong item sent, and now I have to email them to get a returns label, and then include a note in the parcel with additional information. Very poor experience.

I’m liked the look of the shoes I ordered from Simon Carter (via Secret Sales), when they turned up they were damaged and looked as if they had been worn as there were small stones embedded in the base of the sole; the main part of the shoe is glued to the sole, rather than stitched throughout and this had started to come apart.

I returned them and received a full refund. Assuming it was a one off quality issue I made another order and a couple of weeks later I received the exact same pair of shoes back, with the same damage and same embedded stones. I was so annoyed that I left a note in the returns form under the comments section requesting a response to explain the condition. As I received no reply, I am leaving this review instead, hopefully they’ll see

Bought my husband an animals in clothes shirt for his birthday. The shirt arrived quickly & beautifully packed. The shirt itself lovely quality & the details are great. I will be back for more!

I just bought myself a gorgeous pair of Terrier Tan Leather boots. I am very happy about it and love how elegant they are. The perfect shoes for a clean look. Oh, do you recommend any leather conditioner? Will be helpful to get your opinion on this :)

I’ll start by saying I have several Simon Carter shirts and love them BUT, as I wear them a lot two of the shirts have lost several buttons so I emailed Simon Carter to ask about replacements. NO EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT. VERY Disappointed

I ordered the Darwin frog cufflinks.
There is chipping around the eye on arrival, the malachite isnt set accurately on the silver so there is visible overhang. It is also cut completely differently to how it is shown in the image.

Love their clothing range, a few of their shirts are in my all time favourites. Superb quality across the entire range. In fact I think I may go and make another purchase online now. Thank you.

I bought a silk sports jacket last year. Had to return it because the seams blew out across the back. Seems silk is not a strong enough material to hold sports jackets together. Didn't make a difference to the price tag. Paid heavily. They replaced it and the same thing has happened again. Seems Simon Carter likes to experiment with high-prices at the purchaser's expense and detriment to his bank account. Crap brand in my opinion.

Bought through John Lewis: Given bee cufflinks as a gift. The yellow and black decorations fell off within an hour of wearing them. Sent a replacement by JL immediately. The same thing happened. Now returned again and requested a refund.

As soon as I received the very generous email from Simon Carter, offering their lovely shirts at very cut-down prices, I decided to buy one each for my two sons. One order went through with the promised 'no delivery charge', but strangely, for the second there was a charge of £10.00. I almost didn't like to say anything as I felt I'd had a good deal anyway, but I did query this situation. Almost immediately I received a message from Malcolm Bell, who apologised and reinstated £10.00 to my account. Excellent, speedy and efficient service - I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Malcolm.
