Everytime I try to call my grandma or my uncle who has a different number it goes to another random number and the man who keeps picking up is getting frustrated. Am still being charged for these phon... Voir plus

I am writing this review on behalf of my Mum who is elderly. I set her up on Simple Call to phone Ireland. It hasn’t worked for months and repeated emails remain unanswered. You can forgive a technical issue here and there but not the pure ignorance with which they treat customers.
Use a reputable company with decent customer service and indeed a functioning service not this one.
Requests for a refund of the remaining unusable balance has been ignored.

Fraudulently offering service that doesn't exist!
Utterly ridiculous that website still offers a PC service, which no longer exists! Fortunately, I declined to pay for initial credit on signup, which no doubt I could have said goodbye to!
I signed up, wanting to use the service with a PC. The website gives instructions for this, complete with a Windows app, which I downloaded and installed. This asked for a username & password, with an 0203 number to call to get them. After a long time to answer, a (perfectly courteous but confused) gentleman explained that they no longer offered a PC service and (unconvincingly) that the website was under alteration.

Opened an account, paid 5$ for top up, after 30 min the account got suspended permanently and no one answers me back on why and what happens to my money.

An extremely poor company with…
An extremely poor company with extremely rubbish service. The only know how to steal the money from the customer by providing the crap service.
Most of the time the app is not working and the access number is always busy so there is no way for you to use the service but they simply do not care and all they care is the money coming into their account so they can make others fool by various different means such as overcharging them, charge even when the phone only rings.
Thanks for giving me the excuses but your wonderful customer service is also not working so there is no way for the customer to contact you guys as I tried to email but no reply, I tried calling but no answer so you tell me what else a customer can do?

Fantastic customer service support today!
Has an issue with refill payment. Got a follow up call back to my email in <10mins. Found out it was due to some outdated info on my end. Everything was updated corrected and fixed in a couple minutes. Fantastic customer service!
