I had SimpleCitizen recommended to me by some friends, and I’m so glad. This is an overwhelming process to get through but this company makes it as simple as can be. I had the pleasure of working with Sofi to get my application through and she was quick to respond, and even checked in with me when I hadn’t completed the questionnaires a few weeks after starting the process (which I appreciate!). She and the team also did a thorough review of my responses. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you have anything in your history or background that would require a more personal touch from an attorney, but for most people this is a great service and well worth the cost.
