Purchased a Smart Lock SS Slim Series in black.
On arrival the product is clearly high quality in its presentation and build quality.
The support was superb from first enquiry to final installation.
The Smart Lock is straightforward to install even when converting a conventional wooden door.
Once installed you immediately realise what you've been missing not having a Smart Lock sooner.
Operates faultlessly with so many means of operating the lock in its many forms of keyless usage. Although, there is a physical key to enable those who might feel uneasy without one.
I cannot fault the product, installation or use of this wonderful piece of equipment!

This product (TF Smart lock) is amazing. Looks good, and works wonders. It is so well designed and the choice of entry methods suits everyone in the house. The ability to put in temporary access has already proved useful.Quality wise it feels well made and solid - none of your cheap penny-pinching manufacturing here.
Installation was mostly straightforward. Our door (and the mortice) is over 40 years old so it took some encouraging but the design of the fitting system is superb.
Customer service was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Many places don't care once you've brought the equipment, but nothing was too much trouble for these people.
Finally, I bought this as a bit of a toy - it sounded cool but I wasn't sure if it was going to work for us. 2 days in and I already wouldn't be without it.

Great product from company with excellent customer care.
Ordered the Simpled SF-SPS in the silver finish, arrived promptly in well designed packaging.
I have a UPVC front door with deadbolts, so was initially concerned would this lock work on my door, concerns allayed as no problems there.
One thing to be aware of is the type of lock mechanism you have, on my door I have ‘off set spindles’ in the instructions leaflet that comes with the lock (on page 5) it states “NOT compatible with multi points that have offset spindles” and suggests that you contact their support team. (Maybe this should be clearer in the information description on Amazon).
But I found that you can either purchase a new multi-lock unit uses a single spindle (costing about £30) or if you are competent DIY person you can still use the offset spindle lock, which involves a bit of drilling.
I went for keeping my offset multi-lock as I wasn’t comfortable in removing the whole locking system from my door as well as knowing what size/make unit was installed in the door (a job that a locksmith would be needed for, costing a fair bit of money I guess, everyone to their own)
As said I decided to run with the existing offset multi-lock, the only thing I needed to do was to ( I won’t say butcher, as other reviews have said) ‘Adapt’ the door by opening up the hole where the top hole that takes the fixing screws & stub with a drill, this then allows both the cable and stub to pass through the door.
Also to save putting strain on the cable I cut a slot between the hole the cable was going through and the hole where the second spindle originally went, this allowed the cable to sit snug and also allowed the whole outside handle unit to sit flush with the door.
Overall, preparing and thinking how to fit the lock paid off, rather than steaming in and butchering the door, resulting in a much neater job.
The whole process (not including the planning) took 33 minutes to fit and then about another 15 minutes setting up the different ways of unlocking/locking the door using the TTLock app, as recommended in the instruction leaflet, the app is very intuitive and easy to use.
The reason I deleted one star was the fact that it was only mentioned about the ‘offset spindles’ in the introduction leaflet as opposed to point of sales, with a caveat saying you could still work with the offset spindle mechanism, BUT needed some confidence in opening up the hole for taking the cable and stub, something I mentioned to Simpled when I spoke to their support team.
The lock is up and running, time will tell if the purchase I have made was good, but so far I’m very pleased, a nice looking product, that looks good on my front door and the hassles of fining keys gone…!

Flawless customer service
I had an issue with the handle, customer support were excellent and sorted out a replacement straight away. It's still early days but I am very happy with the build quality and look of the product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a functional and elegant solution.
Smart solution and a high-quality finish
I recently changed from a Yale Keyfree lock and needed a clean way to patch the leftover holes without replacing the entire door. These repair plates from Simpled were exactly what I was looking for. The powder coating is flawless - completely smooth with no spots or blemishes. I wasn’t a fan of the logo being visible, so I contacted customer service for advice. They suggested simply flipping the plates over during the install, which worked perfectly and looks much sleeker. Delivery was fast, and the part itself feels sturdy and well-made.

Next level after sales service
Purchased a door lock for my new door. Love everything about it, the options for entry and the ease of installation. Product developed a fault after 6 months but I have to say the after sales service was next level. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with this company again and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends

The UK Brand Myth: I paid a significant premium for these locks because I wanted to support a UK business and have the peace of mind of London-based support. It was a massive mistake. Simpled is a corporate facade operating out of a WeWork address, selling fragile hardware with a support system designed to stall and frustrate.
Pricing Chaos: There is zero consistency in their pricing. They list these locks at £169 on their website, sometimes discounted to £99, while charging £139 on Amazon. It is a blatant attempt to see how much they can squeeze out of you.
The Hardware Saga: I ordered three units initially. One arrived with a broken front panel. Despite the heavy price tag, this isn't some bespoke system. The locks run entirely on a basic, third-party app (TTLock). Worse yet, the core biometric feature is practically useless; the fingerprint sensor is so unreliable that the lock mostly wouldn't open even after 8 to 10 attempts. The replacement I eventually received for the broken unit appeared to be a used customer return and was just as defective.
The Most Ridiculous Part: When I had to replace another faulty component, the shipping took a full week. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to blame me for a part that broke while I was simply trying to fix their defective hardware. They then tried to charge me an extra £33 for the replacement part. I was only in that position because their original product was faulty, yet they tried to turn it into a profit-making opportunity.
The Support Nightmare: They boast about UK resident support, yet it routinely took them 24 hours or more to reply to a basic email. I spent a week in an exhausting loop of stalling tactics. Even after management admitted they got many things wrong, they suggested a resolution with an offer I didn't even ask for. Given the days of physical labor and the sheer administrative hassle they caused, the offer was quite frankly insulting anyway!
The Truth: I have since ripped these out and replaced them with alternative locks that cost only £40. To be honest, the £40 replacements are far superior in every way. The biometrics work instantly and the build quality puts Simpled to shame.
The Verdict: Save your money, your time, and your doors. You can buy a better product for £40 elsewhere and avoid the headache of a company that cares more about its image than its customers. It is up to you to make your own mind up, but I have done the legwork so you don't have to.

Really u happy since having this door handle. Poor customer service I have not heard back and I have NO FRONT DOOR HANDLE. IT FALLS OFF AND I CANNOT GET IN MY HOUSE

I had a very good experience with them I had a very small problem with the little screw at the bottom they immediately sent me out a new backing plate and all this happened over the Easter holiday I highly recommend these locks great stuff simply

We have had our Simpled door locks for 18 months. A contractor broke the inside handle to our rental property. One call to Simpled tech support and a new door handle was dispatched under warranty. It arrived in two days and I fitted out. Once again excellent customer service for a brilliant product.
