Very quick efficient service, friendly and informative

Fast and friendly service at a great price. Problem sorted at the kerbside and on my way within a couple of hours of making the call. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Despite having added Adblue to vehicles countless times I managed to put it in the diesel tank. It happened very late in the evening in the back of beyond and I was frantic as I had to collect customers early the next day. Ethan, the Simple Fuels technician arrived promptly and did an excellent job flushing the contaminant from the tank. I ofcourse felt like a complete idiot but he was kind, reassuring and very professional. It wasn’t cheap but the alternative would have been vastly more expensive and extremely inconvenient. I cannot thank and recommend the team highly enough!

I misfuled and jamie came out to fix the problem he was very friendly and fixed the issue quickly he explained what I had to do ie fuel up and give the car a good run wich I did and there has been no issues. Great service and would highly recommend.

I accidentally put petrol in my diesel car. Tom was very professional and had me back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend , hopefully I won’t have to use them again but in the event that I have another mishap I would definitely use them again.

After putting incorrect fuel into my car AA sent out Tom to solve my problem. I received a very quick response from Tom who safely and effectively removed the incorrect fuel and put in correct fuel to allow me to continue my journey. All completed within one hour.

Perfect from start to finish. Tom arrived at the agreed time, he asked what the problem was and I explained that £60 of petrol had been put in the tank on top of nearly a half tank of diesel. He then started the process of emptying all fuel from the tank. After that he then emptied the fuel lines and diesel filter. When that was done he went about the process of getting diesel which is supplied by Tom through the system and diesel pump. I'm glad too say that the van started first time. I found Tom too be friendly and very efficient at his job. There was no mess not a single drop of fuel during the process on the ground. It had taken just under an hour and all sorted. Can I also just add that at just £192 for the service including callout is very reasonable. concidering what this would cost in a garage. I would definitely recommend this service too anyone should your fuel be contaminated or like me stupid enough to fill up with petrol in a diesel van.
