Excellent attitude and knowledge from the mechanic who attended and got us going pretty quickly. The only downside was the 3 hour wait from the point of calling. That said we did call the RAC who sub contracted. Unable to say what the response time actually was but they do have a huge area to cover. I’d recommend going directly rather than through the rac as membership didn’t cover silly mother in law events.

Father put petrol in diesel car. Called breakdown and SIMPLE FUEL SOLUTION came out. They were good, bit could improve by explaining what they do, as I read that there was a additive but never knew 8t was in the diesel so simple things like that

Tom was very friendly and quick to rectify the problem. He came at very short notice late at night and reached me within 30 minutes.

I called Simple Fuel Solutions due to a miscommunication with the delviery driver of our new car, it came with no petrol and the driver gave us a gerry can of what we thought was petrol but was infact diesel. I called Simple Fuel Solutions about 8.30 at night and Jamie answered he said he had a few jobs but would come out after, but I received a call within 20 minutes to say he was on his way. He was here within the hour and sorted the car with no issues at all. The service we received was absolutely fantastic and if you ever find yourself in the same situation I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again for fixing that for us. It is very much appreciated.

We used Simple Fuel Solutions via the Fuel Hero website. Whilst the service is efficient and they attended quicker than the 1.5 hour wait time they advised us, we were surprised and disappointed to be charged £160 which is more than we were told on the initial phone call and a lot more than their advertised “from” figure of £120. As the car was still at the petrol station all that was required was a fuel drain. The service they provide is good (and essential) but
I would prefer them to have clear and precise pricing on their website to avoid such shock.

Can't thank Jamie enough for what he did for me when I put water in my diesel tank in my campervan ...I really was stressed to the max ...just the right person to turn up went above and beyond to fix the mess thanks ...

I would have given you 5 stars,but for the time I had to wait after been given a slot of half an hour, it turned into 3 hours,the 1 that was supposed to help me was diverted to another job and I had to wait on 1 from Falkirk. But to be fair when he arrived he did a first class job in getting me back on the road.

The technician was quick to arrive and very friendly and very efficient and had me back on the road in no time service is well worth it

Just brilliant. Jamie arrived quickly, did all the necessary work at a safe place at roadside, had a friendly chat, and left me with enough fuel to get to the nearest fuel station.
