The fridge took much longer to be delivered than initially indicated and then the delivery crew refused to take the old fridge, even though we had paid for this service.

Our apologies for the delay, large american fridge freezers need to be booked in by the courier due to their size and I can see that removal of the old appliance was not performed on the day of your delivery due to a booking error and had to be rebooked. We have sent you an email offering you a refund for the removal service.
Communication was great
Communication was great. The delivery had to be rearranged due to the snow but, I was contacted by phone to arrange a new delivery date.

I'm impressed
Bought a Samsung Series 9 tumble dryer.
I must admit that the price was so good i thought it was a scam. However, what arrived was what i wanted and it was not a recondition or pre owned.
Have done two big loads of drying, each took around 3 hours and one needed an extra 20 mins. This length of time is normal for a heat pump dryer i believe and considerably shorter than the airer with dehumidifier solution we were using.
What is currently impressing me most is how quiet this is. I was going to run it in the garage but it turns out the garage would be too cold for the heat exchange and i don't need to. It isn't silent but it is quieter than the washer and the dehumidifier we were using and on normal mode there is just a low frequency background hum. I haven't even tried silent mode yet. The noise is so low I've put it in the spare bedroom over the kitchen.

Very happy with tumble dryer price and follow-up service
I am very happy with the price of tumble dryer we bought, very happy with delivery/pick-up costs and the service provided. I had an issue with our old dryer not being picked up despite having paid for it, due to a communication issue between Simple Home Appliances and the delivery company. I contacted Simple Home Appliances via their email. They apologised and arranged for a pick up within 24 hours.

A Comfortable Experience
I purchased a Samsung Smart TV from Simple Home Appliances on the evening of 20th November.The price was the best available, even compared to Black Friday prices. The purchase itself was quite straightforward and the TV arrived as promised early on 23rd November. I would certainly recommend this company for both excellent prices and service.
