Simple Lots Marketplace Avis 101

Very easy to list, fast turn around.

Seller would not return emails after I bought a lot he was offering.

Filed a dispute with SimpleLots, they have not responded either.

I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company

First off - I'm not one to spend the time writing reviews but this is the only option left given my experience with this company.
Signed up for a free trial for one of the SimpleLots seller plans. Contacted support several times during the trial period with questions on selling but never received a response. I then contacted them to cancel my subscription before the end of the free trial. Continued to send emails and left voicemails to avoid being charged for the subscription and yet again no response. As of today I've been billed twice for a service I tried repeatedly to cancel. Given all of this the only conclusion I can come to is the company is a scam. STAY AWAY!

This company does not respond to any emails and will keep charging your card!!

I deleted my account so i could stop being charged the monthly fee. They deleted my account and I can't login anymore. First charge after that, I contacted them, asking to cancel and refund my fee. Got charged a second time, again, I emailed and asked to get my two fees charged refunded. I just got charged a third time and had to cancel my card to stop the monthly recurring charge. They won't respond to any emails - even before I deleted my account I had wanted to actually upgrade my account and emailed them asking to do so, but they never got back to me about that either. Very frustrating.

I have been selling on your platform for almost 2 years now. I have always been extremely happy with everything your company has done.

However now it seems you might have more vendors listing on your site-- while I know some of these vendors and it seems like every day I see 4,5,6 items that are new that they posted-- I DON"T SEE MY ITEMS BEING SHOWN EVERYDAY WHEN i POST NEW ITEMS!!

Why do you not showcase all new items that are posted everyday? This is a main way for my company and others who list to showcase their product and have customers go to their company and purchase.
I have also requested that you showcase 2 particular items of mine--

1800 pairs Earrings
40 lbs Pandora's Box of Mixed Wholesale Jewelry

These two above items are almost $200.00 for each item and whenever you feature them we get a bunch of orders. This is good for you and I! These items always seem to do very well when you feature them.

But I would like to know why some vendors who list new product have their products shown every time they put new items up while I don't see this happening when I post new items!

Additionally, it take alot of time and money for each item I put up-- so it is disheartening not to see these new items featured when I do put up new items.
Please reply. I must tell you I have emailed sales@ simplelots about this and never received a reply!

Good website. Sold a few things.

Site is easy to navigate, I like that it allows for simple and transparent communication between buyers/sellers. LOVE that as a seller I get my paypal payment as soon as I accept the request - I also really like that I have the option of accepting or rejecting an order based on availability. I have nothing but good things to say about this site so far, but I've only been on it for a few weeks.

SimpleLots is a great resource for purchasing bundles of merchandise in your selling catagory. I have purchased from over 10 sellers on Simplelots and except for one seller who gave the impression based on their description of their merchandise that their items were a higher quality then they turned out to be, all the other sellers had better than expected merchandise and were very easy to deal with. I love Simplelots and highly recommend it for all resellers!

If your looking to purchase wholesale items at a reasonable cost and the quality is truly amazing I would recommend coming here. The sellers are honest and reliable. They are willing to work with you. They respond back to their customers. So far I am very pleased!

Great option to buy and sell wholesale lots.

Lack of response when I had questions regarding account plan and cc billing. Also sent email regarding deleting a listing....Received not response. Poor customer service

I was more happy with the old system which they give free website and only gain when sold

A great marketplace with many awesome deals and solid vendors that deliver as promised.

Bar far the easiest place to sell in bulk.

I have been selling on SimpleLots now for over 2 years and have also bought on here. My experience has been 5 stars and the companies I have dealt with are top notch. All items are exactly what was shown and was able to resell fast and for top dollar.

Buy at your own risk, not the type of site you can buy in peace. This company either does not vet the sellers or simply does not care. First time using the site and 1 month later I am still fighting to get my money back. I ordered electronics from 1by1 inc described as new with box. None and I do mean none of the electronics worked. Seller went ghost. No response from company. Somehow seller had a perfect 5 star rating (no comments shown) and there was no option for me to leave a star rating as a customer. Do with that information as you will, but you've been warned.
