Please email us at hello@simplestudy.com, and we'll issue you a full refund for the amount you paid and upgrade your account to a free Ultimate plan premium access for a full calendar year to make it up for such a horrible experience. We'll also fix any Biology questions that might appear wrong immediately.

ai slop all over again, behind a paywall. I wish there was a way to give 1 stars instead. Not even using it for 4 seconds you lose all access for the day. Is this worth your time? I think not.

Paid Barriers ruin experience
Was planning on using SimpleStudy for a level revision, but recently it became paid for. Free users don't have full access to even the most insignificant features. I understand the company needs to make money but I think at the bare minimum features like questions by topic should be provided for free, and maybe adverts used instead

That said, we've chosen not to use adverts inside of our app because we don't want distractions during study time, but I hear what you're saying. Highly recommend, cheaper than a Tutor!
My daughter has been using the past papers a lot to help her with her revision. They don't yet have the Spanish speaking exams on there but after contacting customer services, they assured me they are working on it. Customer services are amazing btw, so if you are unsure about something just reach out.
This app has been so helpful to my daughter leading up to her GCSEs, I would highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Many of the questions are written wrong…
Many of the questions are written wrong causing me to calculate wrong answers and spend a long time trying to find my mistakes only to find out that the original equation was wrong in the first place. Please fix this.

AI-Generated Notes are USELESS
All their notes are AI
Half of the english notes have made up, hallucinated quotations, or are taking the text completely out of context. So lazy, such a waste of money. Do not buy if you have any sense.
Reply: Any of the Paula Meehan notes are completely wrong, similar with most of the poets.

Very helpful during leaving cert. After exams were finished I needed help getting my subscription ended as I no longer required study and staff were beyond helpful and quick to reply. Amazing resources, exam questions and notes

Bad Subscription Cancellations
Good app, the notes arent amazing but the quizzes are brilliant. A huge downside to the app is cancelling your subscription. I cancelled mine and it still tries to charge me daily and when i sent an email about this, there was so reply.

It's the best one I've ever used
It helps make studying fun and it helps me immensely to feel better when I don't feel like studying, it makes studying a game and the topics it has are the the same ones we learn at school. It's literally the best one I've used and trust me I've searched for a lot, it helped keep my grades up and ever since this I've been number one at school in my grade.
