They scammers
They scammers. Called me everyday until I signed the contract. Used the service for 1 months and realized I’ve hired wrong guys. Email them and texted on Watsaap told them to cancel the service but no response. Ignoring and still charging my card. Had to file a claim with my bank

Beware of Simplex Group
I manage a SOA Transports, Simplex was hired to perform multiple services to get the company compliant with state and federal laws. They were paid in full but could not get it started. I requested a full refund in January and its now October. I've made several attempts to contact our appointed rep but it all ways go's to voicemail. Beware of this company that's affiliated with OTR Solutions! OTR is great by all means, it's just who they affiliate with!

Do not trust Simplex Group!
As soon as they take your money, they stop answering phone calls. They ask for a lot of employee information, but no real results are ever delivered. In the end, the company deducted money from us, yet we never saw any work completed by them. Eventually, Julissa & Luis stopped answering the phone altogether. Very disappointing experience I would not recommend this company to anyone!
