misleading crafty representatives
started the phone conversation off with they are a survey site and wanted to carry out a short survey with regards my current insurance.. kept me on the phone over 40mins.. and eventually coaxed me into changing insurance companies. having regrouped myself after the phone call. I have now cancelled everything and stuck with my original insurance. this is the reason why i dont answer calls or carry out surveys to insurance companies !!

I was approached cold to consider…
I was approached cold to consider reviewing my insurance - I was therefore not prepared in terms of the info I needed to provide and as a result, ended up signing up to a policy that on reflection did not meet my needs.
That said, when I queried I was contacted immediately and the second person I spoke to ended up recommending cover that better suited my needs.
