Purchased first lead a week later, got a total of three none of them will contact us back and the company won’t give any type of refund whatsoever. Trash company. We would never do that to our customers!
Watch out people! This so called company's site should be taken down, as they will scam you out of the gazoo. Every lead I paid for I was hung up on, disputed, and in general was being asked how and why I had their number. This is the truth, so let it be told. Those that know know. Caveat Emptor -(May the buyer beware)
This will most likely be taken down, or not even posted. That's ok though since the BBB has the scoop on them along with the IRS. Both have been notified.
My first lead which cost me $57 led to me booking $1,600. Worth of work with a fairly fast turn around time. Paired with friendly, responsive staff makes simply home improvement a fantastic resource for either starting up your own business or filling in gaps in your schedule.
I have received 13 leads to this point. 4 were no good and they promptly credited me 4 more. I’m working directly with Ivan and the service has been exceptional. Very impressed so far.
In my recent relationship with SHI I have several proposals pending. The
leads are quality and in excellent
neighborhoods. Their team is thorough and very responsive. With
regular lead volume, I am excited
about the year ahead!
