Working with Ana Maria has been such a gift. I worked with her through a series of coaching sessions spaced out over quite a few months. I worked couple of times with Ana Maria in somatic therapy and truly admit that I can connect to my body, listen to its needs, deeper and deeper after each session. During our sessions I felt safe, I could focus on my emotions, on my body needs because I knew that Ana was there to hold the space, to support and guide me, to holm my hand if that I need. Her calm, softness and experience for both body and emotional part, makes me trust the process and just listen to my body needs.

I was at Anna-Maria's inspirational event "Life as a Woman" in fall 2025, and it was thoroughly organized and fun! I gained new insights; the content was quite original.
