I've tried at least three times to log into my account (which I established last week) and I cannot get in. I was able to print my policy last week; however, for whatever reason, I cannot get into my account. My email is the same, and my password didn't change. If I cannot access my account, I will certainly need to cancel. Please provide guidance on how to access my account.

The customer service is the worst.Its impossible to speak with someone. They have charged me 2 x each. month for 6 months. Noone has contacted nme. I send 4 emails to cancel policy and they refusew. WORST COMPANY EVER. DONT TRUST THEM

Policy Renewal
Used this company for 3 years for my landscaping company, only have turned in 2 claims on windows my employees broke and they will not renew my policy over it. Isn’t that what it for?

I need to add a COI and can't do it through their website so I had to call them. Their phone line is busy and they don't call you back. No way to get anything done. Horrible don't use them.

Ive tried to cancel my insurance
Ive tried to cancel my insurance. Unable to get a call back or someone to pick up. There is a button to cancel the insurance on my account page and it fails to complete task and you have you call 855-933-5871. It puts you on hold and repeats very often to push # sign to have someone call you back and to keep your spot in line. Ive tried pushing #, 3 times no call backs. Its been over a week now. Completely unacceptable behavior for any company.
