Amazing care from Mona in Goldhawk Road branch.

I always have a great experience at Simply Clinics in Shepherd’s Bush. They are super efficient and the staff are so kind. Mona was amazing and have me a great treatment. I would 100% recommend her for your next appointment! X

I cannot recommend Mona at Simply Clinics enough! She is incredibly considerate, deeply professional, and truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Every time I go in for a wax, she makes me feel completely at ease and confident, which is something I’ve never experienced to this extent before. The environment is always spotless and calming, and Mona goes out of her way to ensure I’m comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Always have the best treatments from Mona! I've been seeing her for microneedling, laser and facials for 3 years and she's always given great advise and professional treatment. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Staff are rude and will renege on treatments charging you extra and using personal issues to make excuses not to work watch out come to think of it as a person going to the clinic in the first place was a big step mentally because of my condition and the staff lacked compassion at the end of the day and couldn’t grasp the fact that it’s me with skin condition as I went there for burn scar treatment and was quoted then told I should of been charged twice and then the staff started being passive aggressive when I’m the one that’s pissed treating me like if you can’t afford it then don’t come attitude and then they cancelled my treatments when all I went there for was for skin treatment like they were disgusted with me and know I don’t smell so what was it as a person with mental illness this has now made me even more depressed.

I have been visiting the clinic for longer than 3 years, the service is amazing, the staff super friendly, especially Xeenat, and the results of high quality I definitely recommend them

Mona was amazing. She was kind, friendly and warm and most especially, she was really thorough! She took her time and you could tell she is very big on doing a good job and making sure her customers are happy so from now on, she’ll be my go to! Shes the best!

I had a great experience with microneedling at Simply Clinics. The clinic was easy to find and clean. I was seen by Mona who was such a delight, she explained the procedure and aftercare well and I felt at ease throughout my visit. Would recommend Simply Clinics for microneedling - already seeing a difference in my skin and from this experience, I’m looking forward to overall outcome once fully healed.

The staff is very friendly. At first I did microneedling with Dona, very clean hygiene and after that I decided to do laser. I am happy that I chose Simple clinic.

I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm undergoing a Cryolipolysis treatment at the moment under the care of Donna who is absolutely lovely and am seeing positive results! Everyone who works there is great and really passionate about what they do and I do feel they are competitively priced in an industry which can be very expensive.
