Excellent support from the team at…

Excellent support from the team at Simply. We've never experienced an issue the support team haven't been able resolve for us fast and professionally. If you need a server with the best support use these guys should be top of the list.

Amazing support and fast service

I've worked with simply hosting for many years now, and I would happily recommend them. Their serve up time and speed has always been amazing and if we have ever had any issues their support team are lightning fast to get back to us and help. Just today I have worked with Surekha to help sort an issue and update our server spec. There were a few config issues on the update on our side, and Surekha helped and within 10 mins everything was fully sorted out and working again. Thank you so much. Terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible experience with Simple Hosting. I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business with the level of customer service they provide. I didn’t even get as far as submitting a ticket — I tried to deal with them directly over the phone, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish.

I called in regarding a serious issue with my hosting service that was affecting my website’s uptime. After waiting on hold for what felt like forever, I finally got through to someone who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Not only were they unhelpful, they were dismissive, rude, and seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually resolving anything.

When I tried to explain the issue, they kept cutting me off and giving scripted, generic answers that had nothing to do with what I was saying. I asked to speak to someone more senior or more knowledgeable, and was told “there’s no one else available.” That was it. No offer to call back, no solution, no follow-up. Just: “there’s nothing we can do.”

I called back again later, hoping to speak to a different person — same story. Long hold times, untrained staff, and zero accountability. At no point did I feel like my problem was taken seriously, and the complete lack of urgency or professionalism was shocking.

Simple Hosting’s phone support is an absolute joke. If your website is important to you in any way — especially for business — do not rely on this company. They are completely unequipped to handle real issues or support their customers when things go wrong.

I’ve already switched providers and I’m relieved to be done with them. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Simple Hosting is anything but simple — they’re simply not worth your time.

I've looked into this and can see you called in a couple of times this morning but we were unable to complete our normal verification checks with you.

I'm sure you can appreciate that when we receive an incoming phone call we need to be sure we are definitely speaking to an account holder or authorised party before we go into details.

If you raise a ticket through your online portal the team are standing by and ready to help however they can.

Alternatively, we are happy to call you to discuss this further if that would help.

Great value, excellent support, highly recommended!

I was already using SimplyHosting for my job, and wanted something cost effective and reliable for my personal websites and projects.

Spinning up a new VPS is very fast and often within minutes, and the support team respond rapidly.

Highly recommended as a great value and reliable VPS provider.

Professional Company

We moved our infrastructure (colo, dedicated, and VPS) to SimplyHosting a number of years ago.
The support team has been amazing.
Tickets are responded to by a real person, in a quick and professional manner.
Most issues are resolved within an hour of being reported.
When visiting the datacentre to access our colo rack, the staff have been always been friendly and willing to assist.
Highly recommended.

Really fast service and a great deal…

Really fast service and a great deal too. It's also much more productive speaking to actual people too. I was very much well looked after, set up extremely fast. I was directed to my on line portal which is amazing, everything all in one place. Customer service and getting me set up done by Dan Newton & Kulwinder Singh Gill - top class. Thank you

Simply Hosting are not the cheapest…

Simply Hosting are not the cheapest provider but their service levels are truly excellent. Their 24/7/365 call centre where you can email or call a human who responds within minutes is worth the premium. The stress of running numerous VPS’s means when they occasionally drop off due to software error, the team here alleviate all the concern and help get the VPS back up with minimum delay so you can get on with your day. 6 out of 5 stars.

I had a bit of a negative experience…

I had a bit of a negative experience with this hosting. I needed a VDS for less than a month to test. Towards the end of the term, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but they made me pay for the second month, as they said that cancellation is possible only 14 days before the next payment. So for a couple of times using this hosting, I had to pay £63 for two months. And yes, if you miss the payment deadline, they start sending threatening letters. Very disappointed
