These people are a pleasure to deal with. Being a novice with prepaid sim cards I could not get the camera configured. They were incredibly patient and replied to my many emails instantly.

Got my cameras about 2 weeks ago and I was satisficed with them. Couldn't get a blue light on my camera, check the video tutorial and found out my sim was not activated! great videos!

I do not recommend these cameras, they seem to be sold through a third party the mounting holes on the camera don't even match the bracket so you will need to drill your own holes, have had nothing but problems with one of the most expensive cameras and there is very limited after sales service no one answers the phone and you will struggle to recieve a return email from this company

I have not purchased a lot of products from Simply Online but what orders I have have always arrived on time with the order working perfectly plus exactly as described. Should any advice or help be necessary they are always available. Thank you Simply Online for a job well done

The Camera was delievered fast, was exactly as advertised and installed and operated quickly. It easily outperforms the more well known Uniden product that we bought at the same time

We have had this camera set up for months now and have recently discovered that it only works part of the time. In the same day that I get notifications of a tree moving 5-10 metres away in the wind, the camera completely misses (on many occasions) people accessing our building site and standing directly in front of the camera. It missed an important moment where our site was accessed without authorisation and damage occurred. Today it missed me moving a branch out of the way directly in front of the camera.
We are so disappointed as it is expensive to purchase and set up with data. Customer service says that they can check the motion sensor or I can clean it - the motion sensor works, though it only works when it wants to. I only needed this for a 12 month period, sending it back, having it “checked” and then returning it will mean the purchase of this camera has been pointless. Definitely do not recommend if it is for security purposes.

I've built a new home in the Central West that is OFF the grid so power is only on when I'm there, and by Generator. I bought the 4G Solar Powered Camera PTZ with a 4G sim card and it works a treat via the downloadable UBOX App. I get full control of the camera from home in Sydney & the images are brilliant. You can spook any intruder by talking to them via the App as the camera has a microphone & speaker built in. If your camera's serving mobile tower goes down for any reason, the camera will reconnect but while it could take up to 12 or 24 hours, it will come back online. The people at "Simply Online" always respond to your calls for guidance so I'm really happy with this purchase & do recommend it to anyone.
