Great product

During a recent business trip to London, I placed an order from my hotel. To my delight, my Acqua di Parma Oud fragrance arrived the very next day, impeccably packaged and in pristine condition. The attention to detail and prompt service exceeded my expectations. Absolutely recommended—100%!

Amazing experience. Can’t thank you enough, super quick delivery. Manage to get an amazing niche perfume with the great price. Also need to say about communication was absolutely fantastic, I wrote an email with couple questions about the item I wanted to buy and I get an immediate reply with all of the information I needed. Thank you again

First time purchase for me from Simply Perfumes. I initially asked a question on the product and Jose confirmed my question within a few hours, with pictures and on a Saturday! I subsequently placed the order which ended up with a slight delay in delivery but this was all as a result of Royal Mail Issues (as the parcel tracking proved). Jose was absolutely superb with the communications and even held another gift set for me in case the item did not get delivered/damaged, etc as it appeared to go missing on the Royal Mail tracker for a few days. Item did arrive a few days, later, was in perfect condition due to the the excellent packaging and the item was exactly as expected. Jose was great throughout the whole process, amazingly going above and beyond. I recommend this seller to anyone and already have to family and friends. Thanks again Jose - 5* - Will definitely shop again!

Happy with my purchase and the free gift included though this time I was a bit let down by Royal Mail. Parcel was delayed several days but not big issue as Xmas present.

As described. Rapid delivery.

Like others have said, I’m a happy customer and would definitely recommend buying from this company! This was my first purchase, and I’d happily shop here again.

Placed an order after reading the positive reviews. Cannot be happier. I ordered Burberry hero set for such a good price. It was delivered very fast too. I can see there is not many products in this shop but for me it is just fine as they had what I wanted. Overall would recommend thanks.
