Hi Neil, thank you for leaving a helpful review. As you mention, we have just started a few months back and we cannot be happier with all the support given. Have a good week ahead.
Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service.
My order was placed after Christmas and before New Year and was still processed and sent out quickly. Jose at customer service emailed to apologise that although they had sent out my order, it was delayed by Royal Mail. I knew this as tracking info had been supplied and although it really wasn’t a problem, I greatly appreciated the attention to detail/aftercare.
I have since received my order( not much of a delay at all) and am thrilled with it. It was packaged and delivered with care. I was impressed with the price paid for my perfume set. It was very good value for money.

Hi Jinda, we are glad to have managed to get you such an exclusive gift set in time for Christmas day. Shame we couldn't secure more units of it. They sold out in a matter of hours!!! But thanks for trusting us in first instance, that is the most important for us. It is very appreciated. It's been an hectic week indeed ensuring everybody got their parcel in time and we certainly had some difficulties for some of our customers but we managed =). Now, time to relax and enjoy Christmas. Many thanks.
