Fast delivery and well packed. Beautiful plants
Arrived very fast. Was kept updated about the delivery throughout. Well packed and well watered. The plants look really healthy too. Can’t wait to see them grow into beautiful little shrubs.

Not worth the money
I have emailed numerous times. One plant arrived in good condition the other was almost dead. Leggy and dead leaves. Quality is awful. The packing was perfect.

Arrived today, well packed, and looks healthy.
I was nervous of ordering as I’ve ordered elsewhere before and been disappointed by receiving a plant in poor condition.

Absolute nightmare…
My order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday 4th which i payed extra for, to get it delivered on a day I was off all day and wanted it sorted by the weekend we had guests. I emailed the day of delivery for an update, received no reply until Wednesday 5th I was emailed saying the compost I ordered was out of stock and would I like to make a swap they then said it would be delivered on the 12th. I then receive 2 subsequent emails of other items that were now until available 2 weeks after I had ordered them. Surely you would put them aside so you can fulfill your orders? Now on the 3rd different delivery day they have given me my order has arrived, without the compost. Safe to say I will not be using this company again. I'm not even sure what plants I have.

The delivery service was bad as courier didn't ring door bell. I've still had no message to say it was delivered!

Very slow and no information
Dispatch was very slow and when I did receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number, the link takes you to a page that just displays the tracking number and no further information.
No way to track order properly.

Awful customer service
Haven't received my plants yet so don't know why you're asking for a review! I paid for a named day delivery for 4th August, that day came and went, no contact from you, no dispatch email, tried to contact but no luck. Got an email on 6th August, NO APOLOGY, telling me that my plants would come on 12th August, but 2 of them were out of stock so what do I want instead? I have replied but had no acknowledgement that my email was received. So we shall see what happens. Don't bother paying for named day, means nothing, and customer service is awful
