A great product with great support from a great dev team.rt via Discord has been 100% top…

Support via Discord has been 100% top notch. These folks almost literally live on Discord and can be reached at almost any hour.
Their software, even the beta branches which are the only versions I have been using, have been nearly bug free and work at the level I use the software.
I cannot speak to the printer farm and auto print functionality as I am only a single person with 2 printers.
If a I had any complaints is revolving around some complicated processes around selecting filaments for the printer and printing. It's not as simple a process as say Orcaslicer, but it may just be a user issue.
With that said, they have courses available within their site to walk you through a lot, if not all, of the functionality.
All in all, a great product with great support from a great dev team.

Small company run by passionate domain experts

SimplyPrint is a small company run by a team that is experts at their craft, responsive to the community, and building something that solves a real problem that you have once you're managing multiple 3D printers.

The team is very responsive to suggestions and feedback, but the reality is they're also dealing with limitations of all the different platforms out there, so there are some inherent limits to what is possible. I've had great success engaging with the team directly in their Discord and they're very willing to explain the what/why so I can be successful.

In terms of downside, again in large part because of the nature of the problems they're tackling and the size of the team, there will always be rough edges to some of the experiences and integrations. I don't think that's the fault of SP, though, and am pretty impressed at what they've built and their speed of execution to address feedback.

To sum it up, if you need to manage your printers, are somewhat technically savvy (just capable of following thorough instructions and asking for help if needed!), you'll do well to choose SimplyPrint.

Fastest support ever

We are using SimpyPrint now since September 2024 at our university. The students love the freedom it gives them to print whatever they want, from wherever and whenever.
But the outstanding thing about the company has to be the support. If we encounter a problem, the SP team responds within minutes whith a suggestion or a fix later that night (or they are already on it anyway).
Hands down the best decision for a print management software we could have made.

Great Software and Support

The service is pretty intuitive. The documentation is clear with good screenshots. The team seems to take feedback seriously and release new features and bugfixes regularly. Support in the Discord server is top notch. Their pricing is very reasonable beyond the free tier (which itself is very generous).

Amazing tool for "slightly more serious" hobbists!

This is an excellent tool if you have a printer that supports it, and you need to manage multiple printers. I never really got into the more enterprise level tools, however, so I cannot speak on those. I hope to get back into it once my Centauri Carbon gets a custom board so I can use the full toolset once again.

Solid product, run transparently, by good people.

I've been using SimplyPrint almost from their very beginning, when they were a new startup, and I was a total newbie with 3D printing. You could almost say we grew up together. :) Originally I was a little skeptical of the idea of using a cloud service to get between my computer and my 3D printer, but I have found it to be surprisingly useful and helpful - I can monitor prints remotely, I can restart failed prints (sometimes I'm not home, but I can call my wife, ask her to pull a failed print off the bed, and I can start another attempt from my cell phone,) and probably most useful, I can save off the STLs and gcode files I use the most for easy reuse. As the product has grown, it has gotten better at things like inventory management for my growing filament collection.

Even before I was a paid user, Albert (founder) was extremely responsive on chat and forums, answering questions, but also honestly engaging directly with me about feature requests and bug-fixes. When I made suggestions, I got real, honest feedback about what was easy to do, what was hard, what did or didn't make business sense for them to deliver. As a customer, I felt respected and 'heard'. And more than once, a bug I pointed out or a simple feature request I made was literally handled overnight. Obviously, they can't do that for every request, every time - but the fact that it ever happens means they listen, and they give a crap (which, let's face it, many companies don't once they get your money.)

I'm still not a big-time user. 3D printing is just a hobby for me, so I stick with their basic plan at like, $5/month, because money is tight all around, but every single time I have posted about an issue on their forums, they have treated me with the time and courtesy you would expect to be reserved their 'enterprise' customers, and done their best to fix my issue and/or help me find a workaround.

This is an outstanding product

This is an outstanding product. I have been using it for several months now and just keeps getting better. The discord support is phenomenal as well. Being able to hop on there and express an issue and have it answered within a few mins most of the time is a huge saver. I currently run 14 printers and the program makes running them all a breeze.

Awesome software

Awesome software, worth every penny. Used profesionally on our printfarm that has 20 printers. We're finally out of the mess!

Excellent devs, well worth the subscription

Simplyprint does just that - makes 3D printing simple. I've had only positive experiences with the program, and the dev team. They are very responsive via their discord and they continue to develop and put out new features regularly. I've encountered minimal downtime and highly recommend it.

The best app I've ever used for my 3D print farm.
Easy to setup and manage on daily basis.
It definitely improve my productivity and simplify all daily tasks.

Great for managing multiple printers!!

Really easy way to manage multiple 3d printers or multiple instances of OctoPrint/Klipper. Easy to use interface, and very reasonable pricing.

Friendly and super quick developer support through the Discord channel as well!

Top klasse.

Har været med som bruger af simplyprint fra starten af, og det er kun gået en vej. OPAD!
Der er konstant udvikling i det, og perfekt til alle som ønsker en mere simpel måde at styre sin printer på.
Men det er faktisk ikke det, som impornere mig mest.
Deres support/service, er uden tvivl noget af det vildeste jeg nogen sinde har mødt.
De er der med det samme, de hjælper dig fra a-b, aftaler bliver holdt, servicen er i top, de går altid en ektra mil for kunden osv osv osv.
Listen er lang med positive oplevelser.
Jeg køre i dag med 5 printere igennem deres service, og de eneste gange jeg oplever problemer, er det selvforskyldt ;)

SimplyPrint den perfekte 3D printfarm

Vi har igennem længere tid været på udkig efter et styrings værktøj til vores 3D printfarm.
SimplyPrint har klart været det bedste bud, de har stort set indtænkt alle detaljer. Vi printer stort set 24/7, her har SimplyPrint virkelig gjort forskelen med deres "printkø funktion" ud over alle de andre virkelig brugbare funktioner.
Vi kan kun anbefale SimplyPrint og så er det dansk udviklet.

5* - Before moving to the SimplyPrint…

Before moving to the SimplyPrint platform I had tried 4 other major platforms. All had their limitations and did not fulfil my requirements of being able to manage multiple printers via a single raspberry pi 4 running multiple instances of octoprint in docker containers.

SimplyPrint has the best interface and features out of all the software. Managing queues of prints, grouping the printers per colour in my case and being able to start multiple printers after completion with minimal user intervention to minimise downtime.

All octoprint settings are managed by the SimplyPrint control panel and then passed down to the printer, the octoprint plugin is very user friendly, just install then go to the SimplyPrint dashboard and add a new printer and it will show. This allows bringing new printers online in a matter of minutes.

Also, the online chat and customer service is perfect. All the guys reply with a few mins if any queries or you need assistance with anything.

Overall very happy with the product and the guys. Much better than the other offerings on the market.
