Great to be able to get extra crockery years later!
Really pleased with the dishes, adding to what we bought many years ago. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was fast, ordered Friday morning and delivered Monday morning. Brilliant!

I like that I can buy replacement…
I like that I can buy replacement pieces for my crockery.
The order was processed quickly.
My only comment would be that the only postage option is £6.95 and it said to be "premium". I ordered on Sunday and it arrived Thursday. The time was absolutely fine for my needs, but I wouldn't call it "premium". I would consider next day delivery as premium.
All in all, I was very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic first experience
Sinclairs were able to supply us with a piece which we thought was irreplaceable. We were thrilled that the item in question was pristine, and sold at a great price. Delivery was first class and very quick. We we also pleased to see that they used the eco-friendly soluble packing 'kibble', an added detail which proves the worth of this excellent company

Do not buy from this company
I received a scratched cake knife, marked table mat and mug with missing paintwork on, not impressed.
Are they selling seconds??
I won’t be buying from this company ever again.

Avoid this place!
Avoid this website at all costs. They deserve zero stars. They sell items that are out of stock on their website, and they’re dismissive and unapologetic about it. Don’t waste your time with them.

Very poor service ordered stuff several…
Very poor service ordered stuff several times over the past year and all been refunded without warning or explanation no communication whatsoever. Don’t understand what the issue is as they didn’t used to cancel orders
