Singing carrots is a really cool platform, there is a lot of valuable tools and information on there. Pitch accuracy STILL broken
I love how I came here to say the pitch accuracy test is not working and the last reviewer had the same problem. I also love how the company said that the problem is fixed, but it is clearly still not fixed.
Please singingcarrots, tell everyone once again that the “temporary technical issue” is fixed. What a joke. Save your money.

The specific problem from the previous comment you were referring to is resolved.
Nevertheless, I admit, it is possible you might be facing some different problem with your particular setup. Our software runs in a browser and might require different settings applied depending on your device type, operating system, browser, audio interface, microphone and various other factors.

The pitch test is broken
The pitch accuracy test is completely broken, it will be fine but the minute I start the test it will stop registering my voice. I can't believe I spent 3 dollars for this.

it is a great website to help with singers who want to figure out their vocal range and find different songs to fit them. the thing I don't like is it keeps on trying to make you do the unlock pro thing and it is really annoying

I hardly ever utilize YouTube
I hardly ever utilize YouTube, but I just happened to come across these Singing Carrots lessons by Celina. I just started taking in-person singing lessons 2 months ago (even though I'm age 63!) I instantly loved listening and watching her fantastic, to-the-point "live" demonstrations. She really knows how to present excellent courses. I wish I had come across these years ago! It seems to be a good practice to reply to low score TrustPilot reviews, but I'm not sure the user with such a nick name realised we are an education toolbox. We are not trying to do full analysis of all the vocalists out there and will not be in the future. Good luck with finding a better resource.

A friend showed me singing carrots and I was so excited to know my vocal range etc. But it wasn't able to identify my microphone. I asked support to help me and deleting my cookies etc didn't work. I tried to be nice and complimented singing carrots, telling them that it works on my worklaptop. This was immediately commented with. "Thank you for liking our product" and the closure of my ticket. I guess my ticket wasn't read properly.
Anyway I have a new mic, really wanted to try singing carrots and now everything costs money. Which is fine, nothing can be free. But why do I have to give you my creditcard number, when I have a coupon code for one month? Why is paypal not a payment method? Why can't you just let me test your product properly? I know you can do an easy test daily for free, but that is so easy, it's just sad. Give me one hard level, so I can see what it would be like to use your page. Make a YT video showcasing challenging tasks or something, which doens't look like I could get it anywhere else. Please really, I wanna try it. But I don't want to give you guys my credit number.

First of all, my apologies for all the inconveniences and sorry for misreading your support ticket.
At the moment, we solely rely on our partner Stripe to collect payments and run promotions. Unfortunately, they do not support PayPal payments and creating trials without collecting credit cards.
We actually do not have access to your card details, it's stored only in Stripe. Stripe is PCI Provider Level 1, and that is as secure as you may go with credit card storages. You can read more about it here: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe
