Great customer service, ran into so address discrepancies and the Sinister staff sent a replacement no questions asked.

My truck was down and needed fixed so I could get back to work so I ordered my part overnight. When my part didn’t arrive I contacted them and Amanda was there to help. She was generally concerned that there was a problem with the shipment and refunded my overnight fee and kept an eye on where my package was. It came the following day and I was able to get my truck back on the road. If I didn’t apologize to her for being frustrated I want to do it now. Amanda I realize that I may have been short with you and I’m sorry. You were very professional and I want to thank you for all you did. I will buy from you again.

They made up for an obvious issue. I was originally told after ordering that it would ship well after me core arrived as they did not have the item in stock. The page I bought from did not specify the item was back ordered or out of stock. That should be fixed by the company by at least having you call to confirm availability.

They agreed to ship it 2 day as it was going to be a holiday when they would have them in stock.

Not only did they upgrade it to 2 day but it was shipped the week before they had planned to have it in stock.

Product works well and would look great if you could see it after it's installed. A flash of blue from a couple angles

I'm overall happy with the product and delivery but have noticed an overall issue with items not being in stock and there being no notice until my money is gone

Simple solution to a simple problem. Call for availability. Serious people will call!

The turbo is amazing, however, the only reason that it did not get five stars is the packaging is terrible. The turbo is heavy and poorly packaged. The box arrived with holes in it, and the turbo had scuffs all over it from being unprotected.

Part works good fast shipping and great service

The only issue I had was that I was promised a delivery time and the part arrived outside that window. This was not the fault of Sinister Diesel but with UPS. Overall experience was great.

Sinister Diesel is absolutely fantastic! Ordered some apparel from them and they were out of stock on one of the items. No problem, just ordered a new choice. Then I mentioned that one of the items was now sewn completely and they didn’t blinks eye and no hesitation they replaced the item. Stand up company. I definitely recommend them for all your needs.

Wow I’m impressed. Yes the injectors took time to get but the customer service and quality of the part was above and beyond.
These injectors are the only ones your truck will ever need. Don’t cheap out.

Easy to find the part, really should not have went out in the first place. But glad they had it. It was the on an off valve for the water filter. Was leaking. Poor construction is all I can think, plastic ball valve. Got 3 years out the older one. The price you pay for this stuff should be made unbeatable.

The part was direct fit and easier to bolt on than factory style. No issues with shipping. Happy to do business with you every time so far.

Not the greatest customer service. Had to call twice for order issues. First time I called they were rude second time I called was better. Parts I ordered had no real change in performance. More for just color and look under the hood.
