Great price, quality and customer service
Price was best I could find yet the quality of the ground screws and brackets was top notch, very heavy duty. An item I ordered was out of stock, so they (without me having to ask) sent a similar replacement one instead and gave me a refund on the original item. I ordered the 750mm ground screws and as I have very heavy clay soil used a 400mm auger to drill pilot holes where I then could easily install the ground screws by hand with a 1m turning bar.

Great product but difficult to install
Easy order experience and fast delivery. However, based on my experience, I do not think these are as simple to install as the video instructions would have you believe. I purchased twelve ground screws but only managed to get five to install using the manual installation tool. This might be to do with my local soil conditions (loose top soil over heavy clay) but it took a full day of effort just to install five. If you are considering these for a DIY project, I'd recommend you factor in the cost of hiring the electric installation tool.

Really happy with the ground screws
Really happy with the ground screws. Ordered 15 x 1m with the 130mm plates. Very hard graft with the manual tool but doable.

Very good service
They delivered on time and even included a free installation tool, which was very much appreciated as I couldn’t find my own. I found the service good and quality good would recommend them Mike

The ground screws are great
The ground screws are great. The went in fairly easily. The free tool worked OK but you will need a long metal bar to extend the standard one. Our bar was 2 metres long and it was still hard work. The company was very helpful on the chat but DHL delivered the screws and their service was terrible and they lost the delivery a couple of times and it eventually arrived a week late. If it was a different courier experience, then I would have given 5 stars.

Great product
Great product. If you’ve got hard ground I would recommend the mechanical installation tool. The manual one did the job, but it was hard work for someone who’s pretty fit.
