Wonderful driver. Waiting for us when we came out of arrivals, grabbed our luggage and were promptly on our way to the hotel. He was also so knowledgeable and explained to us what we were seeing and answering our questions. This was our first trip to Panama and was a wonderful introduction to a beautiful country.
I can definitely recommend Amber Moon Taxi Service to anyone coming to Panama. I shopped around for a taxi service and found their price competitive. They communicated well, met us on time at the airport, took us directly to El Valle de Anton, and made sure we managed to find our Airbnb, despite its ambiguous address.

The driver waited for us at airport and dropped us off at hotel as scheduled. Had the pickup from hotel to airport also and the driver was on time again. Van was comfortable and roomy for 4 people with 4 luggage. Will use them again next trip.
My husband & I used Amber Moon Taxi for two long distance trips: Casco Viejo to Gamboa Rainforest Reserve and Gamboa Rainforest Reserve to Valle de Anton. The price was reasonable. The driver was polite and helped us with our bags. Also, we appreciated that we were contacted when our pick up time was slightly delayed due to the weather. Thank you Amber Moon Taxi for the great transportation service that was provided during our stay in Panama.

I am highly impressed with the service provided. They offer great support and communication.
The communication was prompt and the driver arrived on time, which we appreciated; however, he did not seem adequately prepared. He stopped to get gas immediately after picking us up, rather than fueling beforehand, which felt a bit unprofessional. He also did not ask about our preferences regarding air conditioning or music. The ride was long and he was on his phone a lot during the drive so while he very polite and helpful with the bags, he was driving aggressively and not avoiding pot-holes , the car had no shock absorbers, making it rather jarring and dangerous. We arrived safely and on time.
Additionally, we learned that the company does not offer service on national holidays, which was surprising given that holidays are often peak travel times. We were required to adjust our travel plans as a result of this limitation, yet the staff appeared frustrated with us for needing to make those changes, even though the adjustments were driven by their lack of holiday service. This response came across as rude and lacking in customer consideration.
