Sureix a definite NO
Sureix (sureix.com): my $159.98 sofa-cover return nightmare — buyer beware
I ordered two "3 Seat Stretch Waterproof Recliner Sofa Covers" (Wine color) from sureix.com on July 26, 2026 for $159.98, after seeing their ad on Instagram. The listing never disclosed that these covers only work with a sofa that has a divided backrest. My reclining sofa doesn't have one, so they don't fit at all.
When I asked to return them, Sureix first tried to sell me a different product at 20% off instead of accepting the return. After I pushed back, they told me their U.S. warehouse is "strictly a shipping facility" and won't take returns — the covers have to be shipped back to China at MY expense, with any refund only after their staff inspects them in China. Shipping two bulky sofa covers to China would cost nearly as much as the refund itself.
I disputed the charge. PayPal denied my claim with no explanation and put my account $159.98 in the red over it. My bank (Wells Fargo) also denied the dispute initially. I filed a BBB complaint (#25332562), but the BBB closed it because Sureix's parent company, Zhuopin HK International Co., Limited, is headquartered in Hong Kong.
In my opinion, this business is set up so returns are practically impossible — keep your money and shop elsewhere.
