Siromer Tractors  Avis 20

I have recently bought a 30hp tractor with a front loader, flail mower and hole borer. The team at Seromer were really helpful in helping me to determine exactly what it was that I needed.
On the day of delivery there was no rush to leave until I was happy that I had understood exactly how the new tractor and implements worked.
So much better than buying something online and then having to rely on Youtube to work out what to do.
That said, Siromer have a large number of extremely helpful videos on Youtube that do explain about selecting and using their equipment.
Louise, Robert and Shaun have been great all through the process so far! I am now looking forward to using thetractor in ernest on our 6 acre plot.

Louise and the team at Siromer Tractors are excellent. Their post sales customer support is genuinely second to none. If I have a question or need some advice they usually respond straight away. Very friendly and very helpful, particularly if it’s your first tractor with advice with using or attaching machinery etc.

The team went out of their way to find a solution for me. When they were unable to make things happen straight away they made sure I was informed by phone and kept me up to date as to the progress on the parts I needed. They were also very thorough in checking it was the right part.

The goods I bought were,in stock, very good value and they stood by there advertised price, delivery was prompt so our down time was minimum. A great service.
