Scam - Misleading product advertisement
I ordered the “Arizona Suede Taupe: Ergonomic Casual Sandals”, which are advertised as Birkenstock Arizona sandals.
However, the sandals I received were from a completely different brand, Teemazzi. This brand was not mentioned anywhere on the product page or in the advertisement when I placed my order.
I found this extremely misleading because the product received was not what I expected based on the way it was advertised. The similarity in design and presentation also makes the listing particularly confusing.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company

London delivery times
Encouraged by discounts I wrote an initial (positive) review straightvafter ordering - but in fact have subsequently been dissapointed in the length of time it has taken for two purchases to arrive. They have sent loads (too many!!) emails explaining and justifying delays- but with no real information. Suspect everying AI generated....
Good prices but the second purchase arriving too late for me to wear for event I purchased it for and the other is shorter in length than I wanted so needs to go back ....
Probably won't buy from them again despite good prices and huge range.

I ordered some shoes for my disabled partner with Velcro tops. They weren’t cheap but he can’t fit any others atm. Apart from the really long wait for delivery they didn’t fit so I requested returns. I then get a message to photograph everything before they even start the returns. I did this and was then told I could not send them and have 50% credit or a full refund. I would have to pay the postage and then oh but we’re sorry our warehouse has closed you’d have to send to Asia which would take a long time??!!! Told them to keep the money and I hope they choke on it - scammers 😡😡

False advertising
What i ordered is Not what is advertised and what it says
it is. The material is cheap and it is not soft and insulating
and there is No soft fleece lining in them at all!! They are
supossed to be Heating Leg Warmers for Arthritis, Swelling & Cold
Legs. Im really angry it looks like and feels like its from Temu.
