A note from our CEO: "I want to acknowledge some of the negative reviews we received earlier this year. I won't shy away from saying some of these criticisms are indeed justified, and I want to address them upfront.
In the last 12 months (particularly during 2022) we encountered issues around the clarity of communication concerning customs fees for international shipments. Some local tax authorities necessitate customs and duties payments (VAT) to import products into their respective countries. As an importer, you can either pay directly to the tax authority, pay to the delivery company (and they'll pay the tax authority), or pay us during the checkout process (and we'll pay the tax authority). Regardless, customs fees are an inevitable part of the process. Despite our attempts to clearly communicate this on our shipping page and cart, it appears this hasn't been as clear as we'd hoped, leading to discomfort among many. For this, I sincerely apologise.
What matters now is how we are working on this issue. We are actively finding ways to ensure that the customs fees don't spring up as unwelcome surprises.
Furthermore, we've revitalized our customer service department. We have dedicated and passionate customer service team who work full-time (around the clock) to ensure every query is answered, with an impressive goal of replying to all tickets within an hour. In fact, most tickets are currently answered within just five minutes.
We have just finished setting up a new warehouse in UK, to put us closer to our customers and make it easier to provide excellent service, with fast shipping and simplified exchanges. And we are working on our next location in Canada
Your feedback, both praise and criticism, is invaluable. It not only keeps us grounded but also provides insights into where we can improve. Rest assured, I have personally responded to all 16 reviews here on TrustPilot. This open dialogue enables us to do better by you, our valued customers.

I would recommend Sitting Pretty halos…
I would recommend Sitting Pretty halos for fine haired girls like myself. I've been suffering from Telogen Effluvium for 2 years, and I have always had a very tender scalp. I wanted more volume, so I got the 50 gram fine Light Brown + Medium Brown. I was SO happy to see the natural waves after I rinsed and let it air dry for the first time. I'm actually able to wear it this way because my hair is naturally curly and wavy mixed. I did the color match service and the color match is excellent. I had contacted customer service a couple times before my shipment came, and they were helpful and very responsive. This was my first halo I've ever purchased, and I'm glad I picked this one and would order again.

I love the sitting pretty halo hair extensions!! Real, human hair that you can style in any way! The quality is fantastic and super comfortable to wear. I use my halo extensions for volume and thicker hair and I get lots of compliments from people. I ordered a few years ago and the extensions haven’t gone ratty nor have they shedded unlike other companies I’ve tried. Don’t think twice about ordering them! Choosing the right shade so easy
I think that what really makes Sitting Pretty so unique is the ease of being able to buy a product that, normally, must be done physically. I loved the process of choosing the right product. I have never bought hair extensions online; I have always physically gone to the store to find the right shade. However, the quiz and the attention, through photos, of the experts made the product that came to me exactly the same color as my hair. It is also very easy to use and stays fixed in my head.
