I am really enjoying these levers. I have a 2023 ZX6R and purchased the red shorty levers in red to match the color of my bike.
Quick delivery, easy install with everything you need, and so far after using them for about 2 weeks, I’d say even a perfect product. Definitely more comfortable especially if I choose to sit in stop and go traffic.

I ordered a new set of motorcycle levers $160 but what I received was clearly a used set, not new as advertised. When I contacted the company, I was told I had to return them at my own expense, which cost me $16 through UPS
To make matters worse, even though the mistake was on their end, they still charged me a 20% restocking fee. I paid for a brand-new product, received a used one, and then was expected to lose even more money just to get the issue resolved.
Customers should not have to pay return shipping or restocking fees when they receive an item that is not as described. Very disappointing customer service and return policy. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
Replay: I said it's ok after you said you will refund the 100% , pakage was opened, I paid for a NEW set levers not an open box from someone else CLEARLY opened. Levers were NOT
new as advertised SORRY. They were an open box, I received them at 3pm friday and I Returned them At 5pm same day I do have that on record I Paid $160 + $16 to ship them back and I got a $128.44 refund??? $32 restocking fee for 2 hours plus $16 to send them back $48 lost in 2 hours ... unacceptable, Clearly an open box !! I do have pictures as well
Replay: I wouldn't return them IF they were new as you advertised them NOT as an open box, Charging 20% restocking fee for YOUR mistake your faul I only agreed to pay to send them back because your policy BUT you said you will refund the 100% amount THAT'S why I only agreed tonsen them back at my own expense. Scam !!! Just be aware Charging 20% restocking fee for a USED parts in your faul I shouldn't be paying the that fee !!

We asked you repeatedly whether anything was wrong with the levers. Each time, your response was "I have a bad feeling." You confirmed the levers would fit your Ducati Panigale V4, reported no defect, no fitment issue, and nothing physically wrong. We disclosed the restocking fee during that call, which you did not contest.
After our call, you texted us. We explained that every Sixty61 order is individually inspected before packing and shipping — quality verification is built into every step of our fulfillment process, not a final check. Your reply was "It's okay ❤️." That message came after we fully explained our return process and restocking fee — not after any promise of a 100% full refund. At no point did Sixty61 promise a full refund with no deductions. We have that complete text record.
Regarding packaging — every set of Sixty61 levers is sealed inside a protective plastic bag within the outer box before leaving our warehouse, without exception. When your return arrived, that inner plastic bag had been opened. We do not ship levers with the inner bag opened — this is something that happens after delivery, not in our warehouse. Our full inspection confirmed the levers were in perfect condition — no scratches, no signs of use, identical to how they left our facility. We have photographs. That is consistent with a new product, not a used one.
The refund breakdown is fully transparent: $160.00 minus the 20% restocking fee of $32.00 equals a $128.00 refund — exactly as our policy outlines and as communicated before you agreed to the return. Return shipping responsibility for remorse returns is clearly stated in our policy, published on our website prior to any purchase.

Bought some cheap Amazon knock offs ..they fit so poorly tons of vertical movements. Would destroy the bar mounts after a while from all the slop. Literally threw them away. Bought the sixty61s..perfect fit well machined better than factory de 800. Don't waste your money on the cheap Amazon knocknoffs..you will regret it. Get the sixty 61s..yes they are more but are worth it
