Audo furniture

My sheepskin pouf fell apart due to a structural defect in the wooden frame and Luke took the details, all the photos, emailed me back immediately and logged the issue with Audo. He has handled it so brilliantly with no fuss or delay, and now after several months, my new replacement piece arrived from the factory in Denmark. Luke is the most customer focused manager I ever came across, quick, meticulous and courteous. He handled my orders in the past with speed, attention to detail and high professionalism. All quite rare nowadays in after sales environment. I highly recommend shopping with Skandium for any long term investment purchases.

Took nearly a year to deliver my order

Took nearly a year to deliver my order, offered me a credit note rather than discounting. Credit note expired despite no warning that it had a timeframe it had to be used in. Since then have not responded to any of my emails.

SKANDIUM AND LUKE : Redemption!!!

The below catalogs a very difficult experience. HOWEVER, I can very happily update & report that this company moved mountains to send replacement furniture across the globe for me. I now understand that the company was going through a difficult time. We’ve all been there. BUT they are playing a long game and after an initial fumble, they righted themselves and replaced all of the questionable / subpar furniture. I conduct a great deal of international commerce and I have never had a company go so above and beyond my request for help. We’re very happy customers. I’m sure we’ve all learned from this and I look forward to dealing with Luke and his company again. I wish them all good things in their new iteration!!

From the beginning, the 10K USD worth of outdoor furniture that I purchased from Skandium has been a disaster. The shipping was a punitive and protracted affair requiring endless follow up. The furniture was defective and though they have promised replacements for months, many, many emails later...nothing. I am turning this over to Amex and to an outside arbitration firm.

Worst Service ever

Worst Service ever! We ordered some furniture which was supposed to be delivered by mid April and we haven’t received anything yet!!
Client service is not able to provide us with any specific updates and they blame everything on the company going through a restructuring

Not delivering and not responding- HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!

Ordered an office chair back in February for a delivery in a few weeks. Have been following up multiple times to be told they are still expecting shipment to their UK warehouse and chasing the manufacturing each day. Meanwhile I’ve been chasing them and haven’t had an update- and now their phone lines are down and they are not answering their emails. Horrible experience! Don’t order anything from them.

I ordered some shelving back in…

I ordered some shelving back in November with an estimated delivery of 12-14 weeks. It’s now the end of May. I contacted them a couple of months back and they said my order is arriving soon and will get in contact. No contact and now they phone lines are down and am getting no response on email.
I honestly wouldn’t trust ordering from them.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE - IT WONT ARRIVE

I ordered a lamp shade in January, and was told on the 20 March that it was now ready to be packed and delivered and that I would be contacted in advance of delivery. Have heard nothing. Chased with emails and calls. Now says that their number is "not found". May have closed down. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE - IT WONT ARRIVE.

A passionate team, serious about great service

I have been buying items from Skandium for a few years and find their service excellent. I love the fact that you çan talk to real people easily. The products have always arrived, ethically packaged and with good customer service follow up. They are sometimes let down by their couriers but I know they are working on this. Luke et al… keep the dream alive and keep delivering great products with great service

Staff went over and above.

I've shopped at Skandium several times in the past and had a troublefree experience. On this occation the staff at Skandium went over and above looking for an item for me that was no longer on their website, and managed to find exactly what I was looking for. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Excellent ongoing customer service

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. All items arrived in perfect condition with a helpful delivery service, and when we wanted to change the colour of one of the items, pick up was arranged and a new order made with zero fuss and friendly correspondence. Highly recommended!

Hiccups sorted promptly and professionally

Skandium had a few of hiccups with my order but immediately apologised, took responsibility and fixed it in a timely fashion; no time wasted trying to place blame on anyone else, or any of those usual annoyances. I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received and have recommended them highly to all my friends. The delivery and installation teams who came were also excellent, very professional and polite.
