Never received my orders, con!!

I think ist is a Fake shop, in my opinion. Ordered lights and got a ugly pillow

Is there anyone Who DID receive their order??

I never received the items I ordered even thought they claimed they were delivered. I open a dispute on PayPal which they closed because the seller had this tracking document in Chinese saying it was delivered.
I know for sure it hasn’t been. Total scam.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 3xLED and received teeth whitening strips with a few cents and weighing a few grams.
1. Lodge claim with PayPal including purchasing URL
2. Claim "Significantly different to how it was described"
3. Photograph your order
4. Photograph your tracking number provided
5. Photograph the original packaging along side a ruler showing physical size is not large enough to fit the item you ordered
6. Photograph the item you did receive
7. Include that they never offered to re-send the real item, only offered a partial refund.

My claim took 17 days.

Avoid and plz report to all payments solution. Visa, paypal and so on and your national custom offices and so on. Just a scam.

Terrible experience. Like a lot of people in the comments below, I ordered a floor lamp and was sent a crap USB lamp. They refused to refund my money/ send again a lamp I have originally ordered and kept asking for sending back USB lamp. After dozens of emails I gave up and agreed to have returned 50% of my order. They are a bunch of morons using a translator and scamming people. Don’t use this website!

Ordered 4 x floor standing LED lamps @ £60, they sent me 1 x cheap nasty plug in laptop light (valued at £4). Absolute scamming c*nts, do not buy anything off them, I had to use paypals buyer protection to get a refund.

BUYER BEWARE !!! Ordered 2 Adjustable Colorful vertical lamps back In September 2020 and luckily I ONLY paid $21.95. SCAMMERS guys !!! Over 5 weeks later received a cheap watch. Emailed the actual company FROM CHINA which isn’t disclose also on their website and the company that’s uses (PayPal) for debit of funds; and like the other reviews on here they tell you their same scheme of returning the item and for YOU to pay for the return shipping or get a 40% refund. PayPal need to flag these accounts since there are so many complaints. I can take the loss but not without a good fight first since I have all communication documented from both companies (which I’m not allowed to disclose on here), receipt, including the FEDEX delivery receipt and a picture of the watch. I would of given them 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow me to do so.

My case with PayPal is now Closed and in my Favor and PayPal refunded the charged amount

ordered 3 standing LED lamps. 2 months to arrive, after showing on tracking services 3 weeks ago. Seller was quick to respond with same message about a 40% refund or i can post the item back to them at a cost of $10-20.
Paid with paypal and opened a dispute, currently at the waiting for contact from seller stage.

In the meantime i have been emailing the company every 10 minutes telling them to give my full refund if they wish this to stop. for a bit of added zest ive also been using their email to request payments from them via paypal too.

Hoping they give into the spam, but unlikely

Just like so many others here, I ordered 2 vertical lamps and got a USB reading light after 8 weeks. They refuse to give me a full refund, but offer 45%. For a full refund they keep on writing that I must return the goods (they have insisted on this in 4 emails so far):

"We will give you full refund or we can reship it to you, but please help us to return the goods which is the evidence of mistake on request of shipper. Please offer us the tracking number of returning goods and picture of the delivery receipt and package after you return the package. We will arrange it based on your request after we received it."

Why are they so eager to get the USB lamp sent back across the globe? To tire me out with all the hassle? The USB light seems cheap, so it will only be unneccessary administration, right? Unless, of course (my creative conspiracy mindset have run amok here), it has some kind of built-in technology that can make a copy of your computer once you plug it in ... and they hope that people have been curious and tried it ... and when they get it back they can get access to a whole lot of sensitive information from around the world?

This creative spy theory (which I obviously have no proof of) doesn't seem equally plausible regarding the pillow-case (that others here are reporting) though. Oh well. We've obviously all been fooled.

I’m in australia. Like most people on this site so far, I bought 4 vertical LED floor lamps, 6.5 weeks ago and after chasing them to confirm the tracking number they provided, it took 4 weeks for it to show up on any parcel shipping database. I received, just like the others, a USB led reading light.
I have been back and forth with them constantly, and they refuse to refund my money, offering only 40% of a refund. They want me to pay for the cost to ship the item back to them, which is their fault, and I refuse to do.
I have escalated my claim through PayPal, but the seller isn’t even responding to PayPal so I’m at a loss. This is so frustrating. Lesson learnt - never buy anything from an ad on Instagram!

Ordered the colour changing floor lamps like others and have received 7 weeks later a usb reading light. They don’t want to refund unless I pay for postage back to China and I am currently arguing with them over email. I paid through PayPal so a dispute is now open. Total scammers do not order.

EDIT: I paid through PayPal and filed a dispute with PayPal directly. I have today received a full refund from PayPal. If you’ve also paid through PayPal file a dispute and you will get your money back

The experience I had is the same as the others. Ordered lights and got a pillowcase. Just shows that you have to be on top of things all the time.

So I’m an idiot. I got scammed by these guys and I feel like a right tool. Ordered 2 LED floor lamps back in September and they sent me a small plastic USB lamp, I’ve made contact with them and they refuse to refund or replace until I send it back to them and pay the postage!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered 3 RGB LED vertical lights (buy 2 and get 1 for free) like 2 months ago. Still haven't received a damn thing. No tracking info either. So, yeah.. Pretty sure I got scammed...

Oredered vertical lamps and I've got pillow cover. F.cking joke, scammers, Do not buy anything from them

I have been waiting for my lamps more than 7 weeks. I haven’t received anything yet... it looks not serious at all and I am afraid I may not teceived my lamps ever 😞
