My 90 lb son got a faulty board he literally used it for less than a hour on flat ground and did pop shuv it landing one foot on the tail and one on the front truck. And the board gave way like it was 2 plys. They offerd 20$ gift card and the grip tape and shipping cost me more than that. Dont buy there !

Charged 100 bucks for a "duty free" service and 35 DOLLAR SHIPPING! FOR A 100 DOLLAR SCOOTER! Do not buy from here, they do not fairly price and have hidden fees. LOTS of them.

Pretty fast shipping to USA which was impressive since skates came from Europe. I love my Iqon ACT WZ Team Skates. I was a figureskater previously and so I find these wizard frames really smooth with the rockered style I can sink into my edges and do footwork. Super fun!

I purchased a pair of ski bindings from skate pro, they shipped in a very timely manner from Europe to the United States. The bindings did come with the wrong size binding breaks, however customer service was contacted and promptly fixed the mistake by sending the correct bindings to me. I was very satisfied with my experience with SkatePro. Mistakes happen, that’s life, but skate pro I believe is dedicated to customer service and in my case did the right thing in a timely manner and in a way that I was satisfied with. Their customer service hours are limited, but that’s understandable. I would recommend skate pro to anyone who has a need for extreme sports or outdoor activity gear and will definitely pursue and possibly buy more from their website in the future if they have something I need. It’s also nice to support a company that’s not a big box store that rivals the big box stores in customer service and shipping speeds.

Skatepro ships very quick & packages their items well. My package arrived on time and in perfect condition, and there was good tracking information as it was being shipped.
Ordered skateboards for Christmas without a ton of buffer. They shipped fast and arrived fast. I was a little nervous because of the international shipping. Price was great, skateboards were great. What else could you ask for...

Their scooters are great except for the price but i love their site so far and they have great service!!!
It's been a month since I ordered, and my order has not even left Germany yet. I wish i would not have ordered from them. This is an ongoing problem because when you make a purchase it even says you can print a "lovely card" to give "as a place holder". Basically if you haven't ordered from this company 2 months or more before you need a product buy from somewhere else.

Zero costumer service,my order is in 'shipping process ' for 2 weeks,no respond through email,no option to call,it's always 'after business hours'

Terrible service. Ordered scooter and wheel had a bad vibration out of the box. I sent them numerous pictures and videos and they just blamed me for causing a flat spot on the wheel even though that's how it was out the box. Paid $200 for a piece of garbage. If your customer service is to blame the customer, you won't last.

They trade under an Australian domain, but do not offer a return service from Australia. Australian buyers look elsewhere.

After buying from an "Australian site" with a 365 day return policy, you would not expect to self fund a return to Denmark.
