First time I have ever used Skatesworld, wanted to purchase my Granddaughter's birthday present. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices thought it was excellent value. Item arrived on time, lovely colour, easy instructions on how to put the wheels into the trainers. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again.

Helpful advice, very quick, free delivery and Skatesworld even sent me a free tool to remove the wheels from the heelys so my granddaughtet can also wear them as trainers

I originally ordered one of the products wrong. I emailed immediately. I got a reply & they were going to amend it. I then received a phone call later informing me my item was out of stock. A quick look at the options & another product was chosen.

My daughters 10th birthday
A bunch of kids with me plus 2 kids age 3 was told they can’t skate that’s no problem
However was then told there not even allowed in the building this was very disappointing I had to sit in a local cafe with the lil ones and take it in turns with my friend to go in and out to check on the kids I feel the staff could have allowed the younger ones in to at least sit in the Allocated Boo that we had reserved for the party they wouldn’t even allow this they allowed us only in a seating garden area at the side of the entrance and even brought there food outside to eat in the cold
Running to the local cafe every time one of them needed the toilet
However that aside the party itself was great the kids had a great time I would definitely recommend just don’t turn up with kids under 5 as they won’t be allowed in .

Excellent customer service. I had made a mistake with delivery address sent an Email late in the evening but called in the morning (friendly customer service assistant) just in case, the order was already adjusted and parcel was on its way. I also received an email to ensure me all was well with my order. Order came within the time stated. I am very happy with the service received and with my order.
