First time using this company. I'm always a bit trepidatious about buying from somewhere new, but needed not fear on this occasion. Excellent website, easy to use, great transparency about delivery timescales, decent price point. Then brilliant communication regarding the progress of my order and a delivery timescale that exceeded expectations. Product delivered as described. Would definitely use them again. Thanks.

Outstanding service from this lot when a package was lost by Evri. Sorted quickly following great communication with the store staff and they went above and beyond for me to help out two children who have little money to repair there already second hand scooters. 10/10! Keep up the great work.

Parcel came in 3 days early in amazing condition. The item was well wrapped and had many layers of protection. The only con was that the live tracking wasn't quite accurate.

I bought a longboard there, and choose to pick it up in store. It was well worth the drive, great guys good deals and they know their stuff. It's nice there is still a genuine skate shop still around because they are dying out!

If your thinking of buying a skateboard long board etc don't go bye a pre build piece of rubbish go see these guys and get the board that's actually right for you.

Delivery arrived 2 days early, bought 2 completes, was pleasantly surprised they were already put together properly and came with a multi tool to tweak. Really well packaged and in perfect condition. Website has good deals, will definitely be using them in the future as was very pleased all round.

The customer service has been absolutely amazing. I had a small issue which wasn’t there fault (it was the customs) and they sent me out a second skateboard so my daughter will have it for Xmas. (I will be returning the second one) absolutely can not fault this company.

Rang up and spoke to Jo. Listened to me. Confirmed what he’d heard. Offered some insight from his own experience. Guided me through a few options on the phone whilst I was browsing on my computer.
Ended up buying a board for my son and for me, plus pads for both.
Staff who actually listen and help are in short supply. This place has it in spades.

Excellent service and customer care. A manufacturing fault made the skateboard unusable and a new one was dispatched by next day delivery.
Skatewarehouse seemed genuinely, concerned that the product had caused disappointment, it was a present for a child.

I recently purchased the skateboard for my son. The skateboard was almost perfect except for one conical bushing which was damaged. I contacted the shop and told them about the issue and sent the photo proof of the damage. They were very polite, apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent me the replacements of the higher quality. Great service, definitely recommend!

Great online shop with a good variety of gear at competitive prices. My order hasn’t arrived yet because of Royal Mail Strikes but the skate warehouse guy on the phone was really nice and helpful.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VERY COMPLACENT , MEMBER OF STAFF @ sister company the who group. heads up boys there's a recession looming & £300 customers will go elsewhere with your attitude
Ebay's rules say's that NEW = brand new in the box with no damage
Skatewarehouse says that NEW= ex-display , chips & scores to graphics , grip tape loose /creased & bubbled

I ordered my first skateboard from this company and then noted that the board was cheaper elsewhere - I thought great the company have a price comparison - I notified them of this and they refused any sort of refund even though I was well within my rights to cancel the order - which i couldn't do via their website so I emailed them in hope they could do something about it before sending the order - they were nothing but awkward and actually rude through email. Instead of refunding the difference which was £5 either via a refund or a voucher, I will now have to return the items to get a full refund to then order the board cheaper elsewhere - terrible customer service, ruined the excitement of starting to skate, I will be going to my local skate shop Rollersnakes to get the board a company that values customers and returning trade - AVOID!!!!!!

Great service, got my stuff the day after I ordered.

I bought the Karma Kizla White Pro Deck along with some Spitfire bearings and a skate tool. I only had to wait 2 days for the delivery and all the products are fantastic. I was slightly off-putted by the fact that the Karma Kizla boards did not have any reviews from customers, however, their stocks were rapidly decreasing so I thought I'd give the board a go. To any of you with the same doubt please please please purchase the board before its too late. Magnificent deck. Very impressed - thank you Skate Warehouse.
