Tracey Rideout was a great trainer and mentor. She certainly had a great grasp of the subject and made the class interactive with the simulation of the SAFe framework activities. Highly recommend her classes.

Harry and Wasif ran a great class - simple examples to illustrate the point, real world examples to help bring it to life. So glad I worked with Harry and Wasif!

Well organized workshop with highly knowledgeable instructors.

I didn't find the class as engaging or informative as previous classes. I didn't find that there was enough exam information given.

Instructor quite obviously knew the material backwards, forwards, and sideways. She was really excellent at keeping everyone on track while also moving through what was an enormous amount of material. Breakaways where strategically planned, discussions never got too far off of topic, and the group was handled well for its size while still allowing everyone involved a chance to speak.

I had a great learning experience. Steve was amazing teacher. He provided an interactive experience who made learning interesting and fun.
I highly recommend the course and Steve.

Good course, good instructor and engaging activities to give hands on experience

The CSM training was an interactive workshop and not just a lecture! It was refreshing to have a workshop format and the energetic, knowledgeable Peter Saddington as an instructor. I will definitely consider additional classes.

This training was amazing. The appropriate information was sent before the training and the session itself was very interesting with lots of practice, the right amount of theory and a very skillfull trainer.

Instructor was clearly knowledgeable and has real world experience to speak to. The content was able to help me confidently pass the exam as well. The teams and many hands-on exercises were an effective way of teaching.

I appreciated their follow-up and follow-thru and being on top with their communication in preparation of the course.

Great class. Material was really good, but what I enjoyed the most, was the instructor’s methods of teaching the class.

This training was well constructed, giving more time to build a face-to-face interaction with scrum. With solid progression leading up from history and high level to the level of granularity to effectively get immersed if you're not using scrum on a day-to-day basis but gives you great new info if you do. Recommend this completely - intelligent workshop topics that built up to cogent takeaways made this really useful.

Excellent Teaching Skills

The two-day session was packed with information and included opportunities for small group discussion and collaborative problem-solving. The Program Increment Planning simulation was especially helpful and has deepened my understanding of how Agile methods scale from teams to release trains.
