Review:Over a Month Waiting — Still “Processing”

Review:

Unacceptable Delay:
I placed my order over a month ago, and the status has remained “processing” ever since. No shipment, no updates, no resolution.

Lack of Communication:
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I receive the same vague response: “Your order is being processed.” No explanation, no timeline, no accountability.

No Transparency:
The company fails to provide clear information about delays or logistics. I have no idea when — or if — I’ll receive what I paid for.

Poor Customer Experience:
The entire process has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected professionalism and reliability, but received neither.

Recommendation:
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, they do not deliver on their promises.

How to Improve:

Provide accurate delivery timelines

Respond with meaningful updates

Stop using “processing” as a placeholder excuse

Respect customers’ time and trust

Had skilled force Ltd to do the loft…

Had skilled force Ltd to do the loft insulation in 2 properties we recently built . Would highly recommend them from first contact to the installers arriving a doing a very professional job . Clean , tidy & efficient

Skilled Force Solar Panel instalation.

Skilled Force recently installed Solar Panels, Loft Insulation and electric panel heaters for me. Not only impressed with the equipment installed but every contact with Skilled Force was superb-from the initial conversation, through the survey and then the installation plus the e-mail and phone exchanges in between. Very happy and very impressed, wouldn't hesitate to recommend !

Skilled Force Installed Loft Insulation

Skilled Force Installed Loft Insulation for me last year. The team was friendly, professional and efficient. My home is much warmer now, and I don't need the heating on as much.
