If I could give 0 I would.
I ordered my products on the 17th January and they were not shipped until 28th January.
Then when they were due to be delivered Evri left the package on a main road so obviously it was stolen. I raised this with the company as well as Evri and it took until today (17th February) to receive a refund. The company does not trust anything you say to the point where you have to sign a document to ‘prove’ that you never got the parcel. I’d avoid this like the plague as the customer service was so slow. I provided evidence the parcel was not received at the time it’s applying I had to wait the time I did for a refund as the company could have disputed with the delivery company separately.
