Holly and Paul are amazing and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have been doing laser hair removal for years back in America and I have to say that Holly is the best I have had as far as treatment and expertise! I definitely would recommend Skin Beautiful to anyone.

i had my verrucas removed today with Paul after having them for many years and not being able to get rid of them. Paul was very professional and lovely and made me feel at ease whilst having the treatment. i would definitely recommend skin beautiful to anyone needing their verrucas removed especially as the NHS no longer do it. it was also painfree and really quick.

I have only had one laser hair removal treatment so far on my armpits and the results are absolutely amazing

Holly is very caring, warm and welcoming, I had skin blemishes I wanted rid of, some went some didn't, after 2 attempts and waiting the alloted 6 weeks time period for a chance for them to disappear, I was given a refund for the ones that didn't go. I will try other treatments for this. Holly was honest, lovely and professional. I had a positive experience. Thanks Holly, will recommend.

Currently having a large tattoo removed from my back. Paul has been great at giving aftercare advice and making me feel calm during the process. Great results already after only one session. Can’t wait to book more treatments in with holly as well

I have had several tattoo removal sessions with Skin Beautiful in Felpham, and while the treatments themselves were fine, my most recent experience has ensured I will not be going back.

My return appointment was booked for 27th September. On 26th I received a reminder text setting out their cancellation policy: £25 if changed within 48–24 hours, and 100% of the treatment cost if changed within 24 hours. Due to unavoidable circumstances I needed to reschedule. When I raised this as unreasonable, given I was being asked to pay in full despite being a loyal repeat customer, I received a dismissive and rude reply telling me to “go elsewhere.”

This attitude towards customers is unprofessional and unacceptable. Policies should be fair and balanced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not used to penalise genuine clients with disproportionate charges. The fact that the business chose to respond with hostility instead of understanding only confirms that they do not value their customers.

After several sessions and spending good money with them, I expected flexibility and respect. Instead, I was told not to come back. I won’t — and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

I have now been twice to see Holly for a massage. She has massively helped with the pain I was getting in my lower back and knees. I will not use anyone else now. Thank you very much. Holly puts me very much at ease, clean and comfortable room and a really great experience. I’m a bigger woman but there’s no judgement and I look forward to my regular massages. Convenient appointment times to fit in with work, a great chat and problem areas are always worked on and solved. Vouchers are an excellent present! Cant recommend Skin Beautiful enough - give it a go and allow yourself a relaxing treat.

Visited Paul for tattoo removal and the results are outstanding. Also, very patient and kind, I found the experience in the early stages quite painful, Paul happily stopped repeatedly, it does get better, and worth it!

Also visited Holly for massage treatments, always, superb skills and always very relaxed!

I am halfway through the process of having my eyebrows lasered. Paul made me feel very relaxed when explaining the process and I felt very comfortable going ahead .its a little uncomfortable but over so quick . I've been seeing Holly for a while now,. especially around marathon training and each time she has conducted herself very professionally and explains everything, telling me what areas need a bit more work due to tightness etc. Recently I had been struggling with back issues and Holly was very informative and over two sessions really eased the pain I was experiencing!

I'd recommend her to anyone whether it's a massage to relax, or a sports massage

I’ve been going to skin beautiful for probably over a year now to regularly get my leg muscles and back muscles into shape as they are quite often stiff from the general wear to tear of my job. Really happy with the results and I regret the days when I can’t make it it becomes much more painful.
